It would have been 5 stars all around only the pesto pasta had wayy to much pesto and olive oil you need to trust your pasta and shrimp ( which were fantastic) that was the only thing. Though the trout was perfect so was the risotto!

In my opinion, 501 Prime is the best restaurant in Hot Springs and probably all of Arkansas, but is very pricey. Monday night specials are $12 burgers and hand made fries plus 10 and 12 dollar bottles of wine. What could be better - The very best food possible at a bargain price! I may eat there every Monday. Everything was perfect.

Excellent experience here and wait staff was super helpful guiding us and helping us choose delicious drinks and meals. Both our beers were great draft recommendations and my schnitzel was top notch. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who served us but he was quite nice and very helpful. Would definitely eat here again. And recommend for anyone local or traveling in town for a nice meal and great cold drinks.

Everything was amazing, from the drinks, to the bread, to the entrees! Our service was fantastic! Would recommend to anyone.

As usual, the food was wonderful and the service was great. I was sad to see that the restaurant had discontinued, my favorite dish, the mushroom risotto, but then I discovered the mushroom pasta. That is a dish I will eat over and over again.
