- RRebekahVIPDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined on Jun 21, 2025A Perfect Beginning to Our Weekend From the moment we arrived, this spot set the tone for a truly memorable start to our weekend. Atmosphere: Think classic cocktails with a clever twist, served in a space that blends modern elegance with cozy mountain charm. Food Highlights: • Squash Ravioli: Pillowy and rich, complemented by toasted hazelnuts, balsamic cream, arugamata, and wild arugula—absolutely divine. • Dandelion Salad: A fresh, crisp mix of dandelion greens and flowers, butter lettuce, cucumber, snap peas, all tied together with a honey vinaigrette and a dash of black pepper. • Desserts: The Blue Bird Crème Brûlée was both creative and comforting, while the warm peach cobbler à la mode was the perfect finish. Exceptional Service: The food and ambiance were top-notch, but it was the staff who truly elevated the evening. Jean, our server, was warm, attentive, and sincere. She and the manager were all smiles throughout the night and checked in often without being overbearing. When my mom raved about the sauce on the ravioli, the manager surprised us by bringing out the chef himself—who enthusiastically shared the story behind the dish. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the three of them delivered our desserts with genuine joy. We rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too special not to share. Also worth noting—the current OpenTable menu doesn’t showcase the full spread, so we were delighted to find even more tempting options. The meal was affordable, family-friendly, and honestly, one of the highlights of my family member's week long trip to Colorado.More infoEdwinPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•4.6
