This is our favorite place to eat in Colorado Springs. The food is always good and they take care of allergies really well for my wife.

Not only is this lovely restaurant elegant on the inside, it has beautiful views outside. The ambience is relaxing and conducive to a perfect experience with friends and family. The service is impeccable. The food presentation is interesting and so appetizing. The food itself is just delicious. We had salmon oscar and the duck. All perfectly prepared. The wedge salad and french onion soup were great starters along with warm bread and herbed butter. What a fantastic meal! The prices are comparable to other area steakhouses, but the overall experience is in a class by itself.

My wife and I had a wonderful first experience at Cansano the other night. Ava was very attentive to us and made sure that we had a great experience. The chef knows what he/she is doing and the food was delicious. We enjoyed the salmon and the chicken marsala along with a couple of salads and were very happy with our choices. Thank you, Cansano staff, for a great experience!

Our first time to this place and it was fabulous. The server was so friendly and warm. The seating was cozy and the food was sooo good. We had the poke nachos and they were one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. And a specialty cocktail, apple butter smoked old fashion! The bartender really knows his stuff. And they let us sit and take our time which was really nice. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Sarah!

We had a trainee server, Anthony, and he and his trainer, (I believe his name started with a J) that were fantastic. They came by our table regularly, we never ran low on drinks and they were fun guys to have light conversation with. The food was decent, the drinks were tasty and we had an excellent time playing games in the arcade following our dining experience.
