Fantastic food, outstanding service . The short rib was perfection, filet was delicious. The back patio is charming, and the desserts were absolutely worth the calories!!!

We enjoyed a pre-theater dinner on a Thursday night eating inside due to a little windy outside. We enjoyed virgin sangria and the paella was excellent, the best we've enjoyed in the last 10 years. We and our guests split two Caesar salads and they enjoyed the sizzling shrimp tapas. The after dinner coffee was excellent and we shared the 3 scoops of ice cream. We will be back!

Everything we had: Humus, Fries (the spicy aioli was superb), caesar, steak was very tasty. Drinks also good. Service was fine if not outstanding and the robot delivery was kitschy.

The food was unique, delicious, came out quickly and served and explained perfectly. Jose our server was excellent, knew the menu front to back and helped us make excellent choices!! The whole staff from start to finish were wonderful. This is a Gem in Sunnyvale!

We had a wonderful meal and the service was great. Thank you Norma for seating us at the nice table and keeping our glasses filled. Table bread was lightly toasted with a side of olive oil and herbs. The decor was really nice, cozy and warm. We had calamari, seafood pappardelle, meatballs burgundy, braised short ribs, cream of broccoli soup, beet salad, tiramisu and cappuccinos. All were really tasty and the portions were just right. This was our first time at La Fontaine and we plan to return. Highly recommend La Fontaine for good food, professional service and warm ambiance.
