Stellar service, mediocre food. The salmon was slightly overcooked and the filet mignon was only fair. The chipotle lime smashed potatoes were very tasty, but had bites where the salt was overwhelming. the truffle mac & cheese was the best thing we had. The service was the shining star in this experience. Every person we encountered were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Good service will always bring me back!

I ordered the 4oz prime filet medium and it was perfect, melted in my mouth like butter! My guest ordered the salmon and absolutely loved it as well. We ordered the charcuterie for an appetizer which had a great assortment of things we had never tried. We enjoyed the experience and will be coming back very soon!

This very well might be my new favorite restaurant. Yesterday my boyfriend and I celebrated our 3 Year Anniversary lunch here. It was amazing. The restaurant crew did such a nice job of making us feel at home. Our waiter Brandon was super attentive and did an amazing job. We got to try their famous rolls and FANTASTIC butter. They were to die for. Then we got to try a Champagne Pear Sorbet palette cleanser (delicious and completely cleansed palette). The mashed potatoes and chipotle lime smashed (and loaded) potatoes were also out of this world. It only eats better from there. We both decided on the filet mignon flight. The flight featured 3 different types of 4oz filet: prime, angus, and grass-fed. The grass-fed was my least favorite, but still very good. Lastly, we had the sticky toffee cake for dessert. Words can't even explain how good it was. I guess you'll have to go try for yourself

The Prime New York Steak was not worth the price. Didn’t taste good and was chewy. Took a long time to get each appetizer and the main course.

Appetizers were spectacular. Drinks very good. Filet was sensational. Dry Age New York was not as good as expected. The floor manager reminded us of the flower arrangement I had delivered for my wife that we left setting on the table. We were impressed she took the time to go back and get it for us. We did not get her name but that shows she cares about her customers. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Guard and Grace while on vacation in Denver. It was the last thing we did before getting back on the plane but it was by far the most memorable event I remember. The host and wait staff were all very friendly, the atmosphere was very upscale without giving off a vibe of being pretentious, and the food was incredible. If you're a steak fan, I definitely recommend giving Guard and Grace a visit and trying the filet flight.

Fantastic steaks and sides, impeccable and understated service. Broke the bank between food and drinks, but it was a special occasion so we didn't mind at all. Will definitely be back.

As steak houses go- forget it
The waitress was rushing us from the get go and we ate at 5 pm when they opened and it wasn’t busy
I told them no butter due to an allergy and my wife’s burrata with garlic bread was laced with butter as was my steak which by the way I ordered a large filet and got a small one
The grilled asparagus had butter too
It was our anniversary and not so much as an acknowledgement
If this is Colorado s best steakhouse they are in trouble!!! Steakhouses usually have great service but............
It s no Palm or Peter Lugers and definitely not in the league with Manny’s of Minneapolis

This place is amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!! The filet was perfect along with the mushrooms and potatoes!! I had a fantastic cocktail too... The service was great as everyone pitched in to provide a wonderful experience...

Super crowded. I been at least 6 times. Tried the tuna tartare and beef tartare. Wasn’t impressed. Sommelier super helpful. Wine was fantastic. Guests had a great time. Food just wasn’t on point for me Wednesday night.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in the last year in Denver ! From the delicious amuse-bouche to the filet mignon flight, all food was prepared and served to perfection. The staff were amazing and knowledgable. Plus, the signature cocktails only add to the fine dining experience.

Horrible service. Even though I made a reservation, a walk in party of 3 got seated before us. We ordered 3 alcoholic beverages which took 30 minutes to arrive. No joke. We had to ask twice before getting our drinks. After we were seated, it took the server at least 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Out of politeness, I still left a 18% tip but will not be coming back .
