It’s was so fabulous, I took my lawyer and his wife out to celebrate my divorce and they were so impressed with the whole experience. Thank you for the extra treat as well, it’s nice to feel special!

Server was one of the best with scrumptious recommendations and great timing. Food was outstanding and Jason made our special occasion unforgettable.

It was our first true dining experience in Denver after my sister moved there and my birthday was in a week so we wanted to go somewhere nice. This place did not disappoint!! Our waitress Kayla was so wonderful and knowledgeable. The wagyu filet and black truffle Mac n cheese were to DIE for! At the end, they all signed a cute birthday card for me which was very sweet. Overall, one of my best experiences ever!!

The meal was excellent, and the service was even better. My wife said the brussel sprouts were the best she's ever had. The steak was cooked to perfection.

Anniversary

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Our server was amazing and well informed on the menu.

My husbands steak had sinew in it. We were charged a COVID fee, which I am ok with but we were not told. There was no valet parking so we had to walk several blocks and my husband is handicapped.

In the past my experiences have been wonderful.

Overpriced, food was cold. Maybe Im spoiled from living in New Orleans but there was absolutely nothing special about the food. As I said, I found it to be VERY expensive and my steak came with crab on top (which was cold, I get that its seafood but its covered in a “brown butter sauce” should not have been cold). My scallop that I ordered a la carte was also cold. Its a cool atmosphere and the drinks were good but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Service was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD.

Guard and Grace was wonderful, we went on a quiet Tuesday night so it was very lowkey. The entire staff was very attentive and nice and the food was amazing! Most stake houses tend to feel a little stuffy and old-fashioned but Guard and Grace managed to feel modern and fun while still also offering some comforting foods on their menu!

Great helpfully service , flowed nicely, sat in back which helped with noise for hardhearing guests. Pricey but knew that going in and worth it.

Let me start with congratulating their 5 star service staff, they were impecable and their willingness was deeply appreciated by us.

With that being said, as far as eating at Guard and Grace goes, maybe I built up too much expectation for what it actually was. We tried different options. Octopus and wedge salad were superb, unfortunately the fillet mignon flight was more on the average side, the gravy had no purpose, truffle Mac n- cheese is nothing that I haven't tried before and the brussel sprouts who has everyone going crazy on social media is not that impressive either.

I'm not a food critic, just someone who has done a fair amount of fine dinning around the world and this is my unbiassed opinion without any intention to harm the good people that are part of Guard n Grace.

Beautiful ambience, delicious oysters, steak and unique cocktails-must try in Denver!

We are from New Orleans and we found this restaurant to be exceptional. Service provided by Connor was impeccable. The manage checked on us often but never intrusive. We sat at the raw bar and the chef there was also very engaging. The steaks and accompaniments equaled if not excelled over the finest foods to be had in New Orleans. Do not miss this gem!
