First time at Acero and will definitely return. What a wonderful surprise. The halibut on polenta with basil oil was cooked perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed the tasting menu from the tomato salad to tagliatelle with sausage ragu. The dessert only added to the wonderful meal with blueberry cheesecake topped with berries and limoncello glaze. MoreOpenTable Diner -
All staff very attentive. Waiter knew how to be properly available, and the ease of access of the location is awesome, Reminds me of upscale Florida. I enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass, perfectly cooked and the raw oyster selection is amazing, realize your get what you pay for, gor for the more expensive and wow, its an adventure the different flavors. My favorite seafood restaurants in STL. MoreOpenTable Diner -
St. Louis, Missouri's inner-ring suburb of Clayton is known as not only the seat of St. Louis’s city government but also the spot for shopping, dining, and upscale hotels. A Taste of Clayton food festival is held here annually. Because “St. Louis’s second downtown” is a business hub, the dining atmosphere tends to be a hybrid of upscale and casual, with many restaurants that attract a business crowd. St. Louis barbecue is represented, along with burgers and Black Angus steaks. Visitors may be surprised to find many Italian influences along with a few bistros serving French-style food and more traditionally American pub food choices. The pedestrian-friendly neighborhood also offers sushi, vegetarian fare, and an espresso bar.
