Vancouver, WA's best restaurants based upon thousands of OpenTable diner reviews
Food was excellent - filet mignon skewers, market salad and carbonara were all great, as well as an appetizer special. They brought out an impressive birthday dessert (free). Attentive service, prices seemed reasonable for the quality and service. Nice touches such as a local shop's oil and vinegar selection. MoreOpenTable Diner -
Discover Vancouver, WA
This charming city on the Columbia river has come a long way from being considered simply a suburb of nearby Portland. There is a thriving culinary community reflected in both its fine and casual dining offerings. Try the grilled lamb sirloin steak entrée with locally sourced lamb served with chorizo couscous, local grilled squash, onion and a savory chimichurri sauce. More traditional American fare can be found in menu items like the grilled tuna salad sandwich. Take albacore tuna and add aged white cheddar, sliced tomato and balsamic glaze on toasted sourdough bread and have it served with fries and a cucumber salad. Other hearty offerings are available including skillet chicken nachos, five cheese macaroni and cheese, and seafood charter. Vancouver is well worth a trip over the river.
