Café Sbisa, established in 1899 and the third oldest fine-dining establishment in the French Quarter, is proud to re-open under the direction of a new team to once again offer the highest quality French-Creole cuisine in a welcoming, historical setting that both locals and tourists will appreciate.     Our group threw every curve imaginable with the restaurant and servers and they stepped up each time. Kaleb was a great server. I would recommend the Blackened Gulf Fish, the oysters every way, the crawfish dip, the cornbread and the burger. Tremendous. I will be back.

    Another spectacular meal. 10 of 10. Absolutely loved it. I had the oyster appetizer in the most delicious sauce…..I could have eaten three of them and skipped the dinner…. But my duck was equally as amazing. We will definitely be back next time we are in town…..hopefully soon!

    The food was amazingly delicious- I had turtle soup and griller redfish, which were fabulous. The service was very attentive, The restaurant was too cold for my group- we all complained to each other, and very noisy, but manageable. I would go back for the food, but take a heavy coat!
