Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Vista

Our server was fantastic, charismatic, knowledgeable and mentioned her family was Italian. She gave us her recommendations and they lived up to her hype.

Excellent experience! Outstanding food and drink pairing s. I went with the non-alcoholic pairing and was very impressed with the preparation and thought process that went into developing the unique drinks by the chefs. Every course was outstanding! We will definitely be back in the future.

Matsu prepares absolutely fantastic and unique dishes. The presentation is wonderful, with added flowers and herbs. The flavors in each entree are very complex and always exciting. It is a plus that all the ingredients are local. I most appreciated many refills of hot water to keep my tea hot and flavorful. The service was wonderful, with special care for every detail. We are also grateful that the cost is of the meal is below what would be expected of such. a quality meal. We especially thank our server, Cole Train. Thank you for a delightful evening.
