Best Restaurants with a Tasting Menu in Boulder

We had a great dinner on Saturday night. The special seasonal salad was fantastic as was the sweet potato appetizer and burgers--both vegetarian and beef. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Perfect evening

This was our 2nd year to enjoy the Hotel Boulderado Christmas Brunch on Christmas day. It was great fun, with a Christmas celebration atmosphere. They always have a huge Christmas tree on the lower floor that extend up to the second floor that everyone can enjoy in the dining room. The brunch is a buffet and has a large selection of meats, seafood, including crab leg and oysters, veggies of many varieties and a separate desert room! Wine and cocktails were available at extra cost. We shared a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. There were many families and the kids were having a great time and it was fun watching them. The staff was very good and were quite attentive. The Hotel Boulderado Christmas Brunch is now a part of out Christmas celebration
