Best Restaurants for Foodies in Virginia Vale

Good and cocktails are always amazing! The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable!

This was our second time dining at Matsuhisa Denver. We have, in the past, also dined at Nobu in NYC and San Diego, so we know and appreciate Chef Nobu’s reputation. The service and food was outstanding. They have such an extensive menu and we prefer to not eat rice, so we asked the server to create an omikase menu that met our preferences. She did a wonderful job with the selections that included a wide variety of seafood and textures and made solid recommendations for sake. It was all excellent…pricey, but worth it because the quality of the presentations were definitely a cut above.

I loved this restaurant! The food is amazing and the service was excellent. The ambiance is very classy. My favorite was the tuna appetizer and crab fried rice! Also, you have to try the watermelon yuzu cocktail🤌
