El Bentley's, ahora en su décima década, abrió por primera vez sus puertas en 1916, en el mismo antiguo y hermoso edificio victoriano que ocupa hoy en día y ahora se ha convertido en un restaurante emblemático de Londres. Al chef Richard le ofrecieron la posibilidad de restaurar la antigua gloria del Bentley's cuando se puso a la venta en 2005 y este aceptó el desafío.
