Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Bayamón

Formidable French menu and great service. Very cozy restaurant. Sommelier Reynaldo was very knowledgeable and Chef Chaymol charming as he stopped to meet us at the table. My wife and I were celebrating our Anniversary and greatly enjoyed dinner. Definitely will like to return.

The Dragonfly Renaissance An incredible atmosphere paired with exceptional service. We were transported through time with Chef Treviño’s iconic dumplings — a beloved staple from his previous restaurants. The menu also makes room for new, creative dishes that are nothing short of exquisite, like the Nigiri with Iberico ham and pineapple. Main dishes are served in generous portions, perfect for sharing. One note: the sea bass would have been better complemented by a different side than the noodles. Thankfully, our server recommended the crispy eggplant instead, and it absolutely knocked it out of the park. The duck breast was also a standout — tender, juicy, and full of flavor.

Very good food and an outstanding service. Long time has elapsed since our previous visit and it was really worthy.

We try to eat here every time we are in Puerto Rico because we love it. The food is so great, the octopus, the chicharrones, lamb chops, house rice, tostones, and more. Great mock and cocktails, so delicious. They are so attentive and nice. We love the location in terms of decoration, tropical, like going to someone’s backyard.
