Chefs menu made me excited about food again. As a previous career chef I appreciated the level of diversity, creativity, and care given equally to protein and non-protein dishes. Flavors were balanced and surprising and dishes well crafted. Each dish ordered, took us further into what felt like a journey. Special nod to the tomato citrus dish, and the salmon carpaccio which were both beautiful and exquisite. 🙌🏼

The only hiccup in our visit was finding the hostess stand—it’s located in the middle of the restaurant, which was a bit confusing at first. But from there, everything exceeded expectations. We were seated on the terrace, which was peaceful with only one other couple dining nearby. While there was some background noise from the adjacent pool, it quieted down not long after 6pm, making for a relaxed atmosphere. We shared a bottle of rosé and ordered several appetizers to try a bit of everything. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The highlight, though, was the banana bread pudding—a perfect ending to a great meal. Overall, a fantastic experience with delicious food and a comfortable, laid-back vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

Dining at the chef’s table at Epicuro is nothing short of extraordinary. From Sarah’s first greeting to the final bite, every moment is designed to make you feel at home. (That is, if you happen to live in a Michelin grade restaurant…) Watching Chef Antonio work just feet away was a privilege — each dish was a stunning expression of technique, creativity and art. Specially since this month’s menu and experience is inspired by the life and work of Pablo Picasso. Should you find an open reservation slot, grab it first and ask questions later.

We were very impressed with our experience. It was a little loud when we got there, but it quickly settled down. Everything we ordered was exceptional including the vanilla soufflé! When ordering dessert we had not order it in advance and when I asked the waiter explained it took 45 minutes. Later he offered vainilla because they just made a batch. Soooo glad he did! It melts in your mouth!
