Overall our dinner was decent. I felt like the courses were coursed out a bit too slow. Waiting 15 mins in between finishing courses seems long. The lobster burrata was very good. The prawns were a little over cooked and I thought the dish needed more sauce but it had good flavor.

The only hiccup in our visit was finding the hostess stand—it’s located in the middle of the restaurant, which was a bit confusing at first. But from there, everything exceeded expectations. We were seated on the terrace, which was peaceful with only one other couple dining nearby. While there was some background noise from the adjacent pool, it quieted down not long after 6pm, making for a relaxed atmosphere. We shared a bottle of rosé and ordered several appetizers to try a bit of everything. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully prepared. The highlight, though, was the banana bread pudding—a perfect ending to a great meal. Overall, a fantastic experience with delicious food and a comfortable, laid-back vibe. We’ll definitely be back.

Bardot service and food is excellent thanks to Chef David Chaymol's experience and expertise in "curating" and evolving French cuisine using local ingredients found in Puerto Rico. Bardot could very well be a candidate for Puerto Rico's first Michelin starred restaurant or Michelin mentioned

Love it! The best speakeasy for a date night! Definitely I will come again.
