My husband and I were fortunate enough to be able to attend one of this farm dinner after our four children gifted us the two dinner reservations, which you pay in full before the evening of the dinner. Initially they may seem a little bit expensive, but once you've gone through the experience of eating the food and enjoying the views and witnessing/tasting the immense talent that this Chef has, it is completely worth it.....not to mention what a healthy multi course meal you will be getting! The views were beautiful, and the dishes that you will be served will be unlike anything you've probably ever had. Everything is fresh and almost everything is grown right on Farm. Staff are very knowledgeable about everything that they bring out to the guests and provide a great service. If I could make any suggestions, I would say that it would be a good idea after the guests are seated at their table for the staff to let them know about how long they will wait for the courses to start coming out because we were a little uncertain as the minutes went by when to expect a a server to come by or when our food would come. Once we saw how the "flow" worked, it was perfectly fine, we just weren't sure at the very beginning what to expect. Also the chairs could be a little bit more comfortable because they didn't really have any backs other than one bar across the top and it did get a little bit uncomfortable. I think they could probably find some good chairs that still fit into the farm theme that offer a little bit more comfort and support. Also, a little bit of background music might be kind of nice, since it was very quiet on the farm overall and you had to whisper at the table so as not too impose upon (or eavesdrop on) other conversations happening nearby. And maybe some candles on the tables would also be very nice and romantic. The last suggestion I would have is if they could put a little bit of lighting out in the parking areas, so as not to trip on dirt, rocks, etc.

Really enjoyed our evening sitting at the kitchen counter for an amazing dinner. It's a great experience getting to chat with a chef and learn about the dishes and then have them serve you and discuss your impressions. The food and drinks were simply outstanding! And the service was an awesome experience.

We enjoyed the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich for lunch. The service was great.

Excellent food. Really, just delicious. We had the oysters, burrata, clam pizza and trout. The desserts - campfire ice cream/gelato? and another dish. Drinks were also excellent. I had a lime tequila drink. I was skeptical because it was located in an apartment complex that feels like the 80's, but inside, it was more industrial, which was nice. Maybe foliage? Great servers and attentive in filling glasses and removing finished plates.

We went to the Boulderado Mother's Day brunch and it was excellent.
