104 Restaurant by Richard Wilkins is open Tuesday to Saturday and serves a three course a la carte menu, as well as a tasting menu for people who'd like to try everything we have to offer. Online reservations are available for up to Six guests, up to 3 months in advance.

El restaurante Goodman está especializado en filetes. Nuestros chefs consiguen la mejor res de ambos lados del Atlántico (desde manadas alimentadas con maíz de primera calidad USDA hasta reses escocesas de pastoreo, pasando por Angus irlandesas alimentadas con granos y la rara raza Belted Galloway del Distrito de los Lagos de Inglaterra) para presentar una combinación exclusiva de un asador británico tradicional y un asador clásico de Nueva York.
