Everything is great except for the part that they don’t have bottle water and they serve tap water. Like i can taste that they don’t even run it through the filter. Food was amazing. Carrot cake was bomb. Kinda felt like the waitress forgot about us for a bit and wouldn’t come around . I think for like $100 a person place they should seriously get filtered water asap. Still a good experience.

After having heard about, read about, and seen Paravicinis for so long, we finally drove to Old Colorado City to give it a try for our anniversary. It did not disappoint. There is a high attention to detail in the food, drinks, and service. Courses came out right on time as we finished each course - not rushed but we didn't wait either. Main course portions were plenty large to take almost half home. I will say that the the service was very attentive with numerous check-in's, but did feel a bit rehearsed or contrived. That said, I don't know how servers can do anything but that after serving so many people night after night. We have a favorite Italian restaurant in town and this did not move it out of the top spot for us, but it was comparable and a very close second. Thank you Paravicinis. We will see you again soon!

Beautiful space, service was very slow. She even mentioned that she was busy. It took 45 mins for her to let us know that they had run out of the apple tart. If it was me, I would have offered a desert at no cost at that point. We had an infant and a toddler at the table and we had been waiting/forgotten about.

About the restaurant
The Golden Bee originally came to The Broadmoor in 1961 as a collection of panels and fixtures from a 19th century English pub. Since its opening, it has continued to offer enticing Gastro Pub fare with plenty of English charm. While our Fish & Chips have stood the test of time, the menu embraces some Pub Style favorites such as the Colossal Pretzel Twist, a Classic Reuben Sandwich, or Beer and Chorizo Steamed Mussels. A great way to end your pub dining experience is to enjoy our famous Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Enjoy our nightly live music, with ragtime piano at 7pm and a rousing sing-along at 9pm. Wet your whistle with our extensive British Beer selection and half yards of ale. Cheers!

Italian
Colorado Springs
About the restaurant
Red Gravy offers upscale casual modern Italian fare.
Chef/Owner Eric Brenner spent his first decade in the industry inside Italian kitchens. Talking up St. Louis' wide-ranging Italian eatery scene, which gets as specific as regional specialties, he says he's wanted to have a place like this since he was 18.
"We're going to start very simple and accessible," he says, "we'll play to the crowd and start a dialogue, then grow the menu with community input."
"Simple," includes dishes like his tomato bisque, with which only has five ingredients. "It's all about the perfect balance. And that gets back to the essence of good Italian food: quality ingredients, very few, in perfect balance." Other examples include his St. Louis-style, thin-crust pizza, best compared to a flat-bread.
