    We visited for a birthday dinner. Karla, our server, was over the top amazing. The chef came over to offer us a special waygu dish. The meal was delicious and one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Thank you & we will be back.

    You know 5 star service when you get 5 star service. Jax doesn’t slip at all, focusing on several touches from multiple ppl, with a customer centric focus. Every dish we ordered was exceptionally executed. The calamari was the best we’ve had; not over cooked, sumptuous with a perfect fry and both tubular and rings balanced. Also, there was no “old” taste to the frying oil. Their willingness to substitute sides without concern was another way they excelled at pleasing the customer. They have quite a few menus so that you know everything available. Perfect for our birthday party. While my father wanted scallops I was happy they offered raw oysters individually, freshly shucked. Our tableside banter with Cody, our waiter, personalized our birthday dinner. Thank you Jax, for adding to our special event. They even had “Happy Birthday” written on the table. Get there a bit early for their Happy Hour with live music.

    I love going here! I’ve been visiting for almost two years now and I’d consider it one of my favorite go-tos! they have such a great oyster deal on Mondays, an expansive happy hour menu with great cocktails and honestly everything I’ve tried here has been amazing!
