Fantastic food & such a beautiful restaurant. We got the wedge with chicken & the blue cheese dressing was otherworldly. We also ordered the green chili chicken mac & cheese & it was so insane we ordered a second one. The fresh bread was probably the best I’ve had since moving to Colorado. You didn’t need to drown it in butter, but I did anyway. We split the seared tuna sandwich with fries & it was divine. The wasabi mayo combined with the ginger & carrots was just🤌🏼🤌🏼. We wanted to have dessert but we couldn’t fit anymore food into our bodies. We ordered their smoked salmon for bagels the next day & can’t wait to try it. Definitely will be back.

We were in Boulder to celebrate a birthday and capped off the day with a wonderful dinner at Spruce Farm and Fish. The service, food and atmosphere were all excellent. Just a nice dinner for two that will be remembered. Thank you!

The skies opened just as we arrived for our reservation. People eating outside were making a dash to indoors. I was a little chaotic Stephanie handled the seating changes with grace. We were seated, and the evening was exactly as we always expect at Martini Bistro. Food and drinks were delicious. I love the Bistro Salad with a crab cake. Husband had arugula salad and Ahi tuna. We left happy and satisfied.
