    Every time I visit North Italia at One Paseo, I leave absolutely impressed. The service is consistently top-tier—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely warm without ever feeling overbearing. You can tell the staff takes pride in making guests feel taken care of. The ambiance is stunning—modern, vibrant, and effortlessly chic. Whether you’re dining inside or on the patio, the vibe is always lively yet relaxed. Perfect for a date night, girls’ night, or even a solo treat-yourself moment. The food is so delicious. The handmade pastas, the wood-fired pizzas the white truffle garlic bread… I mean, come on. It’s clear they care about quality and consistency. I’ve truly never had a bad bite here. This place delivers on every level. Easily one of my favorite spots in San Diego. Can’t recommend it enough!

    We had a fantastic dinner from start to finish. The woman who greeted us was lovely, she sat us right away. Our waiter was amazing, offering recommendations for wine which was wonderful! (We like red but they all sounded amazing) We ordered eggplant pizza which was fabulous the crust was perfect and the toppings were so fresh! We also got an order of the meatballs, they were so tender and melt in your mouth! Finally we split the pork pasta which came with a generous portion on top and throughout the pasta. We can’t wait to return to this very tasty, traditional and fun restaurant!
