Best Pizzerias in Solana Beach

Food was absolutely amazing, even the kids loved their dishes and ate every last morsel. Our server was awesome.

Absolutely, positively go to Elvira. It's a fabulous, cozy restaurant where you truly feel like you are an invited friend. The space is beautiful and the service is perfect. But the food is always the best part. Who knew that the best pizza in San Diego was at Elvira? I love pizza and honestly have not found any place in the County that makes a better pizza. I also love bucatini amatriciana and, again, no one makes it better. We ordered three entrees and shared them, with the third being the Wednesday night special, which was absolutely incredible. My mother in law (who is a critic of everything) couldn't stop raving about the meal. All three entrees and the special appetizer were as good as Italian food gets in San Diego. I will be back as soon as I possibly can.

It was my birthday and we had the best time! The wine came out quickly along with all the appetizers. Everything was fresh and large portions. We made multiple waiters come and check on us throughout the evening. The location is half inside and half outside but even if you're outside you're under a HUGE heater. So don't be afraid you'll be cold. This is one of my favorite restaurant to celebrate

This neighborhood gem is a favorite off ours, has been for years. With new expanded menu, and upgraded ambience Ambrogio 15 is headed for new heights. Food is excellent, Italian wine list is diverse and interesting. Having Giacomo and Jacques on premisis is a real plus.
