- VVickiCoastal Georgia •15 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe often stay at The Francis Marion when we come to Charleston for a concert at The Charleston Music Hall. We have breakfast at The Swamp Fox, which is always delicious. However, we have not eaten dinner here until tonight. It was excellent! We just had a few of their small plates and I’ll say that unless you have a really big appetite, that’s all you need. The pear salad was an amazing combination of flavors. The shrimp and grits was delicious, as was the deviled crab. I wouldn’t hesitate to have dinner here again.More infoThe Swamp Fox at the Francis Marion HotelPrice: Moderate• Southern• Downtown Charleston•4.5

The view was perfect. We sat outside on the water and saw dolphins and kayaks. The porch did fill up and it got quite noisy, but other than that, it was wonderful.More infoTavern & TablePrice: Moderate• American• Mount Pleasant•4.5
