Gorgoeous place to dine with great interior design. Food is nice to eat and good place for occasions and get togethers with family and friends. I would say more staff is needed and possibly have music playing in the restaurant to give more ambience, service can be improved with staff showing more positive personality.

All three of us had different starters and mains. We thoroughly enjoyed the food.

The food at Namak was amazing - Indian food done right. The perfect level of spice in all the dishes and a real death of flavour. To start we had the chilli paneer and the samosa chat. The chilli paneer was one of the best I’ve ever had, a nice kick and crispy paneer in a thick sauce. The samosa chat had so many different ingredients in it including pomegranate, blueberries and chickpeas, different sauces but everything complemented eachother so well. The mains I had the paneer tikka and the dahl as I’m veggie - the dahl had a lovely death of spice and you could tell it had been cooked for a long time. My partner had the lamb shank curry - the meal fell of the bone and had been cooked to perfection. Barely any fat on it. The rice and roti complemented the dishes perfectly. The service was brilliant, the waiters were so attentive but not overbearing. The Atmosphere was buzzing and had a range of different ages and backgrounds which shows it’s a very popular restaurant. We will definitely be going back to Namak many times in the future, can’t recommend enough if you want an authentic, modern Indian restaurant and want to excite your tastebuds!
