Kicking off on Thursday, June 17 at Pier 16, South Street Seaport, Seaport Artois will debut unique takes on New York pizza, each featuring a custom approach to what makes up this beloved dish.
- Chef Emma Bengtsson from Aquavit (‘20 two-star Michelin rated) will take a Nordic approach on the slice with a sourdough pizza comprised of hay smoked fresh cheese, new potato, pickled red onion, whey bechamel and cured pork fat.

- Chef Trigg Brown & Josh Ku from Win Son (‘20 Michelin Bib Gourmand) will serve their first pie ever with a focaccia style pizza smeared with fermented bean curd, parmesan, mushroom powder, wilted/dried marinated cherry tomatoes and finished with thai basil.
- Additional pizza party headliners include: Chef Erik Ramirez of Llama Inn (‘21 Michelin Bib Gourmand); Chef Alex Raij and Eder Montero of La Vara (‘21 Michelin Plate); and Chef Hugue Dufour of M. Wells (‘21 Michelin Plate).
