1. Introduction: The campaign referenced below is organized by OpenTable, Inc. (“OpenTable”), located at 1 Montgomery Street, Suite 700, San Francisco, CA 94104.
These rules are the terms and conditions of the OpenTable LA Relief campaign. By opting into our promotion, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. Key Defined Terms: The capitalized terms below shall have the respective meanings set forth opposite them:

| Campaign Details: | You must book a reservation at a Los Angeles restaurant and attend that reservation between 2/19/25 – 3/5/25 in order for OpenTable to make a donation to wildfire relief on your behalf. |
| Booking Platform | The reservation must be made using the OpenTable app or website. |
| Eligibility Requirements: | You must be an OpenTable diner in the Los Angeles metro to participate in this campaign. |
| Donation Mechanism: | If you make a reservation and dine within the 2 week period, OpenTable will automatically donate 100 points (equivalent to $0.50) to the wildfire relief efforts. This will apply to every reservation you make and complete within the 2 week period. |
| Conditions: | 1. The reservation must be booked on OpenTable and seated within the allotted campaign period (2/19/25 – 3/5/25) at an OpenTable restaurant in Los Angeles.2. All reservation types are eligible for this campaign.3. In addition to the automatic donation made by OpenTable, a diner will still receive points for their reservation if logged in and opted in to our Dining Rewards program. |

| Donation Method: | To donate your OpenTable loyalty points in support of LA wildfire relief, you must click the “Donate now” button from the banner on your My Profile page in your OpenTable account. From there, you will be sent into a donation page to toggle the exact amount of loyalty points you wish to donate to the cause. |

| Eligibility Requirements: | You must be an OpenTable diner in the US with 200 loyalty points or greater to participate in the points donation campaign. |
| Donation Conditions: | If you have 200 OpenTable points or greater, you are able to donate your points in support of the LA wildfire relief fund via our partner at Restaurants Care. All donations submitted will be used for grants to help food and beverage workers impacted by the fires. Since 2017, Restaurants Care has served hope and stability to over 2,300 workers and 1,600 independent restaurants.200 points is equal to $1 in donations to the wildfire relief fund. All donations will be offered in 200 point increments to allow an even monetary value (i.e. 400 points = $2, 600 points = $3, and so on).The minimum points allowable is 200 and the maximum points allowable for donation is 10,000. |
