Capitol Cider se fundó en 2013. Es un restaurante, bar completo, licorería y sitio musical en el corazón de Capitol Hill, Seattle. Ofrece más de 170 sidras de barril y en botella, 10 cervezas artesanales de barril, y licores a base de manzana como vodka, gin y calvados (aguardiente). El menú de alimentos de pub moderno es completamente libre de gluten. La atmósfera cuenta con paneles obscuros, una colección de copias maestras de pinturas famosas, libros antiguos y elementos de arquitectura de época. The comprehensive spirits program is progressive and centered around Italian Amari. The overall menu concept is diverse and eclectic with seasonal plates .
