The Water House Project is open for dinner Wednesday - Saturday 7pm and lunch on Saturday & Sunday at 1pm.

Founded by Chef Gabriel Waterhouse and Patricia Wakaimba, each service comprises exclusively of a single tasting menu with guests served at the same time. For this reason we require all guests to arrive on time. Our doors are open 15 minutes before if you wish to arrive early.

If you have any dietary requirements these must be noted during the booking process or emailed to us 48 hours before hand. If you are making a group reservation please note the requirements of your entire group. For group bookings larger than 6 people, please email us on enquiries@thewaterhouseproject.com

Welcome to BEHIND. We are an intimate 1 Michelin star fish-focused tasting menu restaurant run by chef Andy Beynon. Situated on the edge of London Fields, Hackney, BEHIND has 18 kitchen-table seats for lunch and dinner sittings, as well as a relaxed wine bar.

BEHIND is Andy Beynon’s first restaurant, opened in October 2020. After just 20 days’ trading it was awarded its first Michelin Star. Andy spent 15 years working in some of the best Michelin star restaurants in the country, including with chefs Claude Bosi, Phil Howard and Michael Wignall.

We were incredibly well looked after. All the staff were very knowledgeable about the produce and the menu. We were made to feel very welcome and the meal was served at a good pace. High recommend, wonderful venue and great concept

The Dysart Petersham has recently undergone a complete interior refurbishment, bringing back to life as many of the original Arts and Crafts elements of the building as possible to set a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

Our menus change with the seasons as well as always holding a few of our signature dishes, freshly cooked to order by our Head Chef and his team, emphasising freshness, well balanced flavours, ethical sourcing and country values. We have a garden and a forager who provide local Petersham grown produce to our chef.

Michelin starred Frog by Adam Handling is a place to really submerge yourself in a theatrical show. You’re facing the kitchen, the chefs come to your table and you are able to really interact with every member of the team. Frog is luxury in an environment where you feel comfortable being whoever you are and where all elements in the restaurant are connected to offer a truly memorable experience.

The dishes are very emotional and they all mean something to Adam. Each and every one of the dishes has a story behind it, whether it’s a memory from Adam’s childhood or something that has inspired him or the team.

Exceptional as always. My second time here and it’s just as good as I remember. Beautifully presented dishes that pack a punch if flavour. Adam knows how to coax out flavours like few others really lending to naturally sweetness or minerality of ingredients, for example. Every dish is thought out and executed perfectly. And don’t get me started on the service - wonderfully classy and elegant with the perfect amount of casual which makes you feel welcomed. I cannot speak highly enough about this restaurant.

As always, Wilton’s did not disappoint. I had my favorite lobster thermidor and even though we passed on desserts, the staff brought Hapoy Birthday chocolates to my guest whose birthday we were celebrating. I was very impressed as was she.

The Ledbury is located the heart of Notting Hill.

Since opening in 2005, it has become one of London's more established restaurants, gaining 3 Michelin stars in 2024.

The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham.

After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium.

The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.
