  We had been told by multiple friends that we MUST MUST experience dish and boy were we blown away! Everything from the ease of making our reservation to how we were greeted at the door by the owner, Pollyanna and "we are happy you are here". We got to enjoy the dining around the world in 5 plates special that was normally $50 for $25 the spring pea + mint soup was a highlight, as were the yummy brussels sprouts (who knew), and both the colorado trout and crab and the lamb rogan josh were perfectly seasoned and divine. we did the special 5 wine pairings too...the muse wines were wonderful and the best we have had. This is the place for the best experience for the price in the Vail Valley..it was our first time but many more ahead....More
