About

Wynkoop Brewing Company is a working brewery that offers not only food and drinks but also a casual place for friends to hang out. The upstairs has a full bar, pool tables, darts, foosball and a shuffleboard with plenty of room for a group of friends to relax after work or on a weekend. Enjoy a meal at the bar of pulled pork BBQ nachos, oven glazed chicken wings or the ‘Koop calamari. Wynkoop also has tables and outside bar stool tables for two where you can enjoy an item off the sandwich menu. Options include a 100% beef or buffalo burger, the salmon club sandwich or the Wynkoop grilled cheese sandwich. For a hearty appetite, try the buffalo meatloaf, grilled pork tenderloin, turkey pot pie or beer battered fish and chips.

Wynkoop offers tours of the brewery, which includes going down into the brewing area as well as samples.

Nice variety of house beers and selected others from the area. Food was good, and the Asian salad with tuna was especially (and a bit surprisingly) good.

I always love going to the Wynkoop
brewery, however our most recent experience was poor. Our service was slow and our food was disappointing. It's not likely I will be back although I love the beer.

Great beer, great food and perfect place to meet up with great company. Our server was attentive while also being patient as we waited for the rest of our party to show. Everything we ordered was delicious and the selection of beer and other beverages was great. Highly recommend as a place to hang out and enjoy time with friends.

We were in downtown for a Rockies Game and made lunch reservations. We waited at least 20 minutes to get a server and water. Several passed our table multiple times and we couldn't get their attention. Then Tamara, who was outstanding, asked if we'd been helped, when we said no, she apologized andsaid she would someone, then she came back and took our order. She also apologized several more times for the poor service. Finally after almost an hour our food came and it had the wrong sides. Tamara offered to take it back, we said no and just wanted to get out of there. The absolute worst food service I've had in years. Tamara was the only bright spot during the entire meal. We will NEVER go back!!

Took some out-of-town guests, who were impressed. The beer was great, with a great local brew selection. The sausage and cheese plate was excellent. Dinners were good - a lot of food. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful. As per usual, this is a great unwind with colleagues or friends type place on non-game nights.

Ordered the Mac and Cheese with elk sausage and it was AMAZING! Also the Chili beer is the best! We made reservations and got right in, service was super fast and our waitress was super friendly.

Awesome beer selection! The beer cheese dip and spicy caramel wings were amazing! We just did appetizers, the portions were generous and everything tasted great! Definitely recommend!

Excellent food. Our server was extremely nice but we felt a bit overlooked. Tables around us seemed to be receiving faster service.

Was there twice on a recent work trip to Denver. The Cubano the first night was terrific, if not a true Cubano. Not grill pressed as all the Cubanos I know, but rather just placed on a sliced Ciabatta roll. Regardless - terrific.

Second time had the Chicken and Biscuit and thought it was equally terrific. Another in my group didn't have as glowing a recommendation. Another had the buffalo meatloaf and loved it. My wife had the fish and chips and thought it was excellent as well. Portions were generous all the way around.

There was a game that night at nearby Coors field, and it was Friday evening so the place was busy even at 5:00 for dinner.

Only downside was there ended up being some confusion between the wait staff and a bit of a spat. Would've liked to have the original guy. He was far more entertaining, and I expect more attentive as our waitress would seem to disappear for long periods. Asked for a second drink when my food arrived and was pretty much done by the time it showed up some 10+ minutes later.

Went to Wynkoop Brewery for an early dinner/late lunch. Was excited to try the food, but was disappointed with the service. Our waitress was not personable or friendly. She did not ask how we wanted our burgers cooked, and when asking another wait staff about it after we placed our orders, we were told that if the order was already placed, it would be cooked medium. It took a while to get our waters refilled and she never asked if we wanted another beer. She was slow with giving us the bill and was even slower in picking up the check. Another waiter assured that he would tell her that we were ready, but in the end he was the one who processed the check. It was very disappointing, considering how wonderful everything else went that day.

This restaurant is consistently great and sometimes excellent I never hesitate to recommend it. Service is exemplary, even on a busy Friday night. I love the in house brews, especially allthe dark stouts I got in March

WB is a fantastic bar, everything you would expect from a Colorado bar. Good atmosphere, their quads and wheats are fantastic. It's very open seating, so often loud; the food is really good as far as bar food goes. I went there three times last week (twice unintentionally).

Restaurant had special paired down menu because of a special event downtown. Was very limited and supposed to speed things up. Took 25 minutes to be able to order and over an hour sitting before our food came.

Limited menu. Cheese Dip Appetizer did not have enough pretzels and apples for the amount of cheese dip. We had to ask for more and they brought us chips.
Our waitperson was lovely.
It looked like they were doing some remodeling or expanding?
