Absolutely the most fabulous meal and experience at a restaurant that I have had in quite awhile. The wine suggestion, the burrata appetizer, the cesar salad and the unbelievably delicious Lobster Ravioli exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a great night!

It was a Sunday afternoon, we were craving Mexican food, decided to give Agave Cocina a try and I'm very glad that we did. Food was fantastic, service was great, and we've added it to our "Go Back Again" list.

A photo of Trailhead Bar + Kitchen - The Hilton Garden Inn Issaquah restaurant

We are located on the main floor of the Hilton Garden Inn Seattle/Issaquah, which has been an Issaquah staple for 11 years. We were launched as a re-branded restaurant on May 15th, 2018, with a desire to break the mundane “hotel food” mold. At Trailhead Kitchen + Bar we believe that hotel food...

Discover Issaquah

Situated on the east side of Lake Washington, the Eastside region encompasses seven Seattle communities, one of which is Issaquah, the second fastest-growing suburb in Washington state. You will find cheesecakes stuffed with raspberries; freshly steamed crab, muscles, and grilled salmon; and fish-and-chips on menus in Issaquah. However, any foodie knows it's the hidden treasures that reveal a city's character. Issaquah's culinary story is one that includes Pacific Northwest steak, a variety of meat and pasta dishes, Neapolitan pies from a wood oven, and build-your-own pizzas. As far as atmosphere goes, it's not hard to find seating adjacent to picturesque backdrops or rustic, patio-equipped spaces to savor handcrafted ales and boutique wines, spicy beef tongue tacos, or an assortment of regionally sourced plates and seasonal comfort dishes.
