An amazing evening enjoying a fabulous meal! From the minute we walked in, to our departure, the service was incredible and the food & wine were better than we could have hoped to celebrate a special occasion. Just a seamless experience and one that will keep us coming back again and again! All our entrees were delicious and the menu is so expansive we can’t wait to try several more dishes on our next visit.

The food is perfection. Wine exceptional. We love going here for a special occasion because it is $$$$. But so worth it if you want authentic Italian. The only draw back is that the space is so tight, you can participate in everyone’s conversations.

Montalcino is a family owned restaurant and that vibe permeates throughout as the owner and staff treat guests like family. We’ve been coming for 3-4 years and every time is a home run experience. From food made from scratch and locally sourced, to outstanding service, and an owner who takes time to visit with Patrons, you cannot find a better restaurant for a night out. Always consistent with food quality and service is great. Very romantic given the size. Guitar player was there Saturday April, 22 and he played lovely and quietly at the same time. The pasta is so delicious and savory sauce!!

It’s always great here. One of the best restaurants in the Eastside area, perhaps even in the whole greater Seattle market. Not a single complaint from us, nor even a thought of a recommendation for something they should give attention to. They have it totally dialed in and nailed down for a great dining experience.

I had a special mother-son evening together at Montalcino. We had a quiet table where we could talk and catch up on family news. The service was exceptional and our meal was perfect. The server's recommendations for wines and main courses were spot on. The limoncello gelato was excellent. However, the bombe was a bit of a disappointment.

Been there multiple times and food is consistently delicious and high quality. Indoor seating is limited, and unless the place is completely full, there’s enough room between the tables to have private conversations while having a quiet meal. Service is generally efficient and friendly.

Absolutely delicious! Waiting staff were kind and attentive. Food was pricier, but worth the quality. Appetizer was shrimp and scallop, for the price we paid, one or two more shrimp/scallops would’ve been more ideal. My husband got the braised short rib and stuffed ravioli. And I got the wagyu meatball and pasta, both delicious. Would go back again for special occasion. Parking was easy, just found street parking less than a block away.
