This is a tough one to write. Our server, Carrie, was great. Attentive with drinks and the order. She truly was awesome. The bread is delicious. Lobster bisque was luke warm at best. That was disappointing. Crab cake was delicious. Fried Brussel sprouts were delicious. Cesar salad was good. Steak salad was very good. Group of 6. Had the round booth off the dining room. It was private and perfect for us. Shared desserts. Chocolate cake and ice cream was a hit. Pineapple upside down cake was delicious. Ceme brûlée cheesecake was tasty. Overall meal and service were good. We were paying in two’s. Bills came perfectly from Carrie. We all sorted money, cards and gift cards into our folders. The folders came back completely wrong. The checks were with the wrong cards. Gift card balances were all wring after the final totals. It took 50 minutes to get it straightened out. We were patient, but honestly annoyed. We had plans after. The extra 50 minutes negated two from our party going out after and that sucked. The greatest disappointment was the checks and fixing of them were handled by a manager. One of the bills had $1.28 owed. That is all the compensation offered. Had the mix up been fixed quickly we wouldn’t have cared. We had to go through it 3 times to get it straight and again... stood inside and outside for 50 minutes and had to ask for my friends card twice to get this resolved. They have great potential. The leadership on this night had a huge miss with how this was handled. Might go back eventually. There’s lots of other great restaurants around I’ll prioritize first.
Nice atmosphere & good food! Was my birthday waitress offered a birthday desert when received my bill they included it on it. Asked waitress about the desert and she removed it off the bill.
My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Vintage. Waiter Jonnie was most accommodating and informative about menu items. We both had steaks. Starting with beet salads and crab cake appetizers, both were delicious. The steaks were cooked perfectly and arrived nice and hot. Key lime pie was dessert. We agree it was a perfect evening that we talked about for a couple of days after. Great job!
It was Valentine’s Day so a little bit crowded. The food was delicious. But the service was slow mostly coming from the kitchen and bar probably due to crowd but the waitress was inattentive. This was my second trip to Vintage and I won’t let this deter me from going back.
Steaks were driest we've ever eaten. Service was not the issue. Crab cake, 1 normal sized cut in half and served as 2. For the price I give value a zero.

We arrived almost exactly on time for our reservation and were seated immediately. Our server, Karen (Kari), was efficient, professional, and extremely personable. We were seated in a booth that provided a degree of privacy and comfort.
The menu selection was varied and covered a wide choice of entrees. Being a meat eater, I chose the Beef Tenderlion Medallions; my companion chose the Scottish Salmon. We were both extremely satisfied by our choices. The medallions were tender and tasty while the salmon was delicious and moist.
Kudos definitely go to Kari for making our pre-Valentines dinner date a resounding success.
The food had obviously been prepped in advance and sat in the walk-in for days. The charcuterie was sad and the crab cake was cold. The server did a fine job despite the lack of care the kitchen seems to have.

Top shelf service, food & beverages. After multiple poor dining experiences, I decided to give Vintage 423 another try. I'm pleased to say my dinner experience was outstanding. Lindsey, my server, helped me decide on my before dinner cocktail, as well as my entree. She was very engaging, attentive and respectful of my time. I enjoyed a very smooth Manhattan, followed by the braised pork shank, tender, juicy and full of spicy flavor, from the mole sauce. The fried brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly, complimented by carrot strips and green chile puree, called dots. I never had to look around for my server for refills. The ambient music in the bar area was at a level allowing for conversation. The pork shank was filling to the point of not having room for dessert, although there were multiple tempting options. I will be back to try the angel hair pasta and hopefully have room for dessert next time.

We made reservations for a party of 2 and they wanted to seat us at a table in the center of the dining room, which was empty upon are arrival. We asked for a booth and the hostess told us that they were all reserved but we could sit in a booth in the lounge.
As we ate our overly salted steaks in front of the TVs, it became clear that they had kept the booths in the dining room open for the crowd of walk-ins they expected. The dining room remained almost empty the whole time we were there and they seated several parties of 2 at the booths which were not available to us.
The waiter, who was very good, told us that they were over-staffed because they expected walk-ins which didn't happen.
I expect to be given the 1st choice of tables when I make reservations, and don't like to be treated as unimportant when I dine at a restaurant of this price range.
The food was not great for the price, and we will not be dining at Vintage 423 again.
Lunch menu changed 2 weeks ago but they didn’t update website so we didn’t know until we got there. No more mac and cheese or fettuccine. Hard to find a decent vegetarian lunch option thats not a salad. Not gluten-friendly either. I expected more from an upscale restaurant.

Loved the hummus trio. Hummus options were all delicious and the pita and lavash was really tasty too. Lobster bisque was good. Loved the crab cake. Seared perfectly and sauce was delicious. Service was amazing!

Overall a disappointing dinner experience. We visited on a Saturday night and it was a little busy but no wait to seat. The server was friendly but service was really slow. When our food was delivered, we were missing a set of silverware but he rushed off before we could ask him for some. He never came back so we had to go get our own. He came back once when we were almost completely done to ask if everything was prepared ok. Two of us order the rack of lamb special...it was not very good (mostly fat). We expected more for a $59 entree. Plates were never cleared and had to track down server to get our check. So if your interested in 5 star prices with 2 star food and service this is the place to come.

At least not from this visit. On a celebratory night, sitting next to the lively bar scene wasn't exactly what we had in mind. The service was good, very nice and mostly attentive. The food was on point, and thankful for that! Otherwise, dont go for anything special ... I've had better experiences here on just normal nights, without expectations of anything different or to make the night special.

We were seated immediately upon arrival. Very chic and modern restaurant with a nice romantic atmosphere that my date really enjoyed and she loved the food. It was a great first time experience and we are making plans to visit for happy hour and spend time in the amazing bar area.

Was ok. The restaurant is very nice and has a great vibe. The greeter was very nice and welcoming. The waiter was ok. He stopped coming by after the check. We all needed refills on water and tea but never saw anyone again. The food was way too expensive for the quality and taste. Kinda sad about that.
