    The Butcher presents Mother's Day Brunch 2025. Our set menu is available for $22 per guest with a Filet Medallions option for $45 or a kid's brunch for $10. Each brunch will include coffee, tea & soda. Juice and a full bar also available at an additional cost. We will have seating available in our Vernon's Speakeasy dining room, The Butcher and our outside patio. Please note your seating preference with your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate each request. Our set menu features our most popular brunch items. As this is a set menu, we will not be preparing any other menu items on this day. See the menu in the photos. Please call (505) 341-0831 to make a reservation greater than 8.     Experience a four-course men paired with select wines from Hess Person Estates. Our set menu is designed to enhance the tasting notes of each selected wine. We will have a sommelier explain the tasting notes and a history of Hess Persson Estates. Due to the preparation of our set menu, we will not be able to substitute menu items. Limited seating available. No refunds available. Expect a dining experience of 2.5-3 hours. We will offer bottles of wine for purchase on the day of the event (while supplies last) or you can secure a mixed four-pack, one of each bottle of wine featured on the menu, by prepaying when you purchase the event dinner.     Our exclusive Seven-course High Roller menu will feature tableside salad and dessert service as well as paired wines and exquisite appetizers and entrees. This will take place in our Black Diamond Lounge in front of live jazz music. Music will be performed between 6:00 - 9:00. Only five reservations are available at specific start times. We may ask you to move your reservation 15 minutes for a higher quality experience. Expect a dining time of 2.5 - 3 hours for this exclusive dining experience. See attached menu in photos. This intimate experience is for parties of two only. Contact us PRIOR to making a reservation if you have an allergy to any menu items.

    Food - I will say everything was absolutely delightful to taste amd enjoy. I did rank it 4/5 stars out of personal preference. Let me be clear though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food at all. Aside from that the experience, atmosphere, and service is top notch. 1000/10 stars for all of other categories. I was here for a bday (not my own) and they held that in high regards. I strongly recommend Vernon's Speakeasy. Go at least once for the experience and amazing service they offer.

    The music was exceptional, when they were playing. The 75.00 meal (bbq chicken???) was equivalent to airline food. The staggered food service drug on and was slow.

    We sent to Easter Brunch at Vernon's. The food was excellent. The service was great. You felt like they cared that you were happy with the experience. The cost was very reasonable.

    We absolutely enjoyed everything. We were there for a rehearsal dinner with my son, soon to be daughter in law and her parents. The food was absolutely amazing, and the ambiance is next to none. We wish that we could all enjoy this more often but prices are out of our comfort zone. Nevertheless, absolutely an amazing evening.

    This is the weirdest bar I’ve ever been to and dinner experience and I have traveled the world. Was so excited to attend for my wife’s birthday and it did nothing but disappoint. Can’t even sit at the bar to have a after dinner drink. Lastly, they only accept tables of four and a few of six even though half the tables near us weren’t occupied. The VIP bar as we left, had nobody in it, but the main bartender not a true speakeasy experience
