I’ve had many delicious meals at True Food Kitchen, but I don’t recommend the seasonal “spicy bone broth chicken ramen”. The broth was so salty I couldn’t finish it and tasted like it was flavored almost exclusively with soy sauce. The gf flourless chocolate cake for dessert was on point.

The salmon was over cooked, dry, and very fishy tasting. I did not say anything during lunch because my lunch guest was having the same meal he and seemed to think his salmon was fine

This is my first negative feedback on opentable. Everything was a disappointment. Water, guacamole appetizer included three chips when the server offered more, they bought two extra for three people, menu said sea bass and all three of us ordered it - the fish brought to us was not sea bass and it was dry and tasteless, server never came back after we ordered our entrees to ask if we needed more water or drinks or how the food was - not even once. Then they just dropped the bill off without asking if we wanted dessert. No wonder it was available for bookings

Every time I eat here, I am constantly wowed by the service, the atmosphere, and the amazing food. True foods has some of the best people working for them. It is always my go to spot to bring friends and guests from out of town, and it always gets rave reviews. Our server Carla was phenomenal and made our night! Also had fun interactions with the team supporting her. All around - a great experience.

Staff at the bar for a cocktail was excellent. Table wait staff was slow and inattentive, although polite. Food was tasty. Noise level was high making normal conversation difficult.

Quality food - creative selections and mostly healthy. Service was ok - not great but ok. My friend was served cold coffee - asked for it to be hot - and the assistant server said "yes its cold this time of day - we need to make another pot and it will take a few minutes". What? He microwaved it instead of giving him a mug from the fresh pot. Not a huge deal but definitely off. Other than that, food was good and it was a good experience.

I have really enjoyed True Food Kitchen in the past and appreciated their healthful food, but I feel like they have gone too mainstream to appeal to the masses. Our food was pricey, nothing special and way over salted. We ordered a burger, pasta, a pizza and noodles- could have been anywhere. Plus, we were celebrating two birthdays and our server basically said “huh, that’s nice”. There are too many great restaurants to bother going back.

Excellent service. I choose to have dinner here when I want to feel confident that I’m eating healthy, but the last 2 occasions I’ve had highly salted food to the point of discomfort. Last night I had the bone broth chicken noodle soup (extremely salty) and the ancient grains bowl with shrimp (with a red sauce which was also very salty). I haven’t given up on this place but next time will ask upfront for guidance and the least salty options. Please bring back the banana chia seed pudding!

Food is always good...and healthy, the staff always seems happy that you are there and the environment is great! My wife has a lot of dietary restrictions and this place has always been able to accommodate her needs (not an easy task). I HIGHLY recommend!

Everything is great except the sitting table. It was our first time in this restaurant. I wanted to sit inside (was reserved) to enjoy the beauty of the restaurant instead we got (sort of heated patio) I was bit disappointed

Really tasty, wholesome, healthy dishes served up in a buzzy atmosphere. The service was enthusiastic and friendly and a highlight of our visit. It's a LOUD restaurant, so do be prepared if you're bringing along elders or others who struggle to hear over background noise.

Quality of food was poor. Hard to mess up scrambled eggs and asparagus. 2 tiny spear heads of asparagus under dry, overcooked scrambled eggs-little to no flavor-salt and pepper helped. My daughter said her spaghetti squash casserole didn't seem fresh but rather, reheated, with little flavor, lacked seasoning and that fresh flavor we expected from True Foods Kitchen. It was very disappointing.

I’ve never had a bad experience at True Foods until last Saturday. The waitress was rude, inattentive and handed us the check without inquiring whether we wanted dessert. She disappeared after we ordered! The food was not up to its usual either. The salad I ordered looked sad and wilted. I’m wondering if the wonderful manager they had left?

Food was pretty good. The noise was very loud and difficult to hear person across table from me. Absolutely no parking to be had and while I would maybe come back to this restaurant to eat, I do not ever see myself coming back because of the poor parking situation.
