True Food Kitchen - Cherry Creek
Great choices for the vegan and the carnivore in the party
Very good edamame dumplings.
Good food and service. Experience would have been perfect if there was WiFi available to the customers.
But sit outside. The inside is so tiny, which abnormal for the food kitchen
Excellent food and service. Very noisy even at 3:30 in afternoon.
The first time I experienced True foods I was totally impressed. That was a few years ago. Now the portions are smaller and the price seems higher and quality has gone downhill. Food usually tastes good but portions are not worth the price. The chopped salad is my favorite and they used to give you a lot as to enough to be able to take some home. Now they are skimping and chicken is not as tasty as it used to be. The same with the grass fed burger. So I think there are better places and better values for the dollar. Your going down hill true foods. Bring your portions and standards back up and I would come more than once a year. Your employees are always polite and willing to go the extra mile. You could learn from them.
This was our first time at True Food Cherry Creek. We brought our visiting vegetarian granddaughter & we will come back in the near future!
Always a treat to eat healthy delicious and unique meals here!
Always enjoy the yummy, healthy food choices! Service was great!
For a restaurant that stakes its’ claim on health and wellness the noise level is inexcusable
Best restaurant in the town😋😁
The entrees were excellent and the enjoy selections made it hard to choose with both good vegetarian and vegan options. I’d recommend outdoor seating as acoustically it was a very loud dining environment on a Friday night.
Great receptionist, great food and service. Enjoyed entertaining my guests. Healthy selections.
It was fantastic my office is in cherry creek and yes I will visit again with my friends
Even for lunch the noise level was too high... Otherwise I would have given it all the stars!
Boy am I glad I made a lunch reservation as I forgot it was the weekend of the Cherry Creek Arts Festival and it was CRAZY in Cherry Creek! The restaurant was packed, but we checked in easily and were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. I'd never been there before. The ambiance is pretty much like a cafeteria, and since it was packed to the gills, it was LOUD. I had to almost shout to talk to my dining partner. I had the curry with salmon and it was good, not great, but very good and I will go back again sometime to try another dish because I love how healthy everything on the menu is.
Light filled restaurant. Attentive staff, delicious food. Appreciate being seated at a table that would accommodate stroller.
Everything was spot on, server was great, food tasty and nicely balanced flavors, could talk in normal tone,
We had dinner the night of July 4th and again for lunch on July 5th during the Cherry Creek Art Festival. The food was so good and the service was excellent! We love True Food and have been to the Naples location, as well as the Boca Raton location in Florida, which is where we live. We need a True Food in Miami! Please let us know when it is coming here. Thanks, Debra
We love True Food so much with its selection of super tasty healthy food. The new redfish is amazing.
Great place! Delicious, creative food options, friendly and attentive service and a lovely earthy environment. Our 3rd time here. Being a vegetarian, there are always plenty of healthy and great tasting options. We’ll be back again.
Nice place for lunch in Cherry Creek. I had the chopped salad, which was fresh and very large. I took some home. My friends had the kale cobb salads. They said they were very good. There would have been a 25 minute wait for a table outside, even with a reservation, so we sat inside. It's not as mobbed as it used to be.
True Food never disappoints. Great, fresh food and always wonderful service. My favorite Cherry Creek spot for sure.
I get the same thing literally every time I go, and it is always good and the same.
Service and food was exceptional
Love the Guacamole, the Watermelon Mohito, the Fish Tacos, and Flourless Chocolate Cake! All were delicious. We sat outside so the noise level was low. The inside is often too loud for me during busy hours. I really like to not have to shout or strain to hear over dinner. That feels stressful. So I am really glad to have the warm weather and the patio. Service was perfect, too.
The waitstaff and kitchen accommodated my food restrictions by altering a dish to eliminate foods that are a problem for me...and it still tasted delicious!
Big fans of True Foods - go every chance we get (we live in a city without True Foods, so we look for it in Denver, Scottsdale, etc). This time, a mixed experience. Ordered Korean Noodle Bowl with shrimp. 3 of the shrimp were perfect; 3 were very bad - had the consistency of soggy boiled potato...... very disappointing. I would pop the shrimp in my mouth, and decorum would not allow me to spit it out... made especially confusing when essentially every other shrimp was fine. Very puzzling. We let the waiter know, and he said he would tell the chef. We did not ask, nor did the waiter/restaurant volunteer to remove the cost of the shrimp from the bill, so we paid for them. Disappointing. We will undoubtedly return to TF, but I will stay away from the shrimp next time.
I have a lot of dietary restrictions, so True Food is always my go to restaurant. We normally dine there on weekends for brunch or lunch and the food and service has always been great. This time, however, we dined during the week for dinner and I was incredibly disappointed. We ordered an appetizer and entrees. Our entrees came out before the app, and the food runner offered “to keep our entrees warm” while we wait for and eat our app. My entree was done wrong, so my husband had his entree for about 10 minutes before my corrected entree came out. Our appetizer came out a few minutes later. The food runner said it was a super hot plate and then proceeded to place the plate right in front of my 9 month old. The server didn’t acknowledge our table from the time she took our order until after our app came. When I told her about the mix up, she said “I know, the kitchen got busy.”
As for the food, I got the same thing I always get, but this was the first time I’ve ever needed to salt it. It came out rather bland compared to normal.
I am disappointed, True Food. I’ll never dine there during the week again. I’m only giving 3 stars because it’s normally a great restaurant with great service.
Always wonderful with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
One of the most thoughtfully designed places to dine in Cherry Creek, great mission behind the business as well.
It is not cheap but the food is amazing! The flavors and unique combinations of plant based foods is wonderful!
Have been at the restaurant two times now, because the first visit was so fantastic!
Love that the food is prepared from scratch! Even the vegan cheese for the pizza was made in-house; loved it! The only bummer, is that we thought the cocktails were pricey and could be brought back down a few bucks!
This was a great experience! I've been wanting to visit a True Food Kitchen restaurant for a number of years and I wasn't disappointed. The vegetables were clean-tasting, crisp and delicious - how veggies should taste. I also had the grass fed beef burger and can honestly say it was the best tasting burger I ever had. Well done TFK!
Excellent as usual!
Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the panang thai curry bowl with shrimp. The flavor was rich and velvety. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. It was delightful. The energy in the space was positive and enjoyable as well. I will definitely return and recommend to others.
The food was amazing per usual! I come here all the time. Service was a little slower than normal, but overall really good!
Excellent meal as always - love healthy options especially for a business dinner. Creative cocktails too!
Excellent food and service. Noise level at lunchtime so high conversation impossible.
