Trinity Grille is an upscale restaurant located in the heart of Denver, Colorado. This local eatery is the quintessential business restaurant. Dimly lit by chandeliers, the dining room features a rich mahogany bar and tables with leather booths. The bartender knows the locals, and the cocktails are poured with high-end liquors and one or two additional ingredients. The menu has several influences, from local ingredients like the Canadian walleye, which is crusted with almonds and topped with a brown butter hollandaise, to the Hawaiian chicken sandwich topped with Havarti cheese, bacon and pineapple. Trinity Grille is also known for its fantastic happy hour, when drink and appetizer prices are cut significantly for the lunch crowd.

This was surprisingly not crowded. We had a good dinner, my steak was excellent! Service was very good and the ambiance was comfortable and quiet. No kids, mostly couples or parties of 2 the night we were there. It was a nice dinner.

We always have CHRISTMAS Eve dinner with friends at a different restaurant each year, trying something different. This year we went to an old standby and we were not disappointed the Trinity Grille, great service, festive atmosphere and awesome food, nothing was a disappointment, quite the opposite, great in every aspect!

last minute reservations for a Saturday night and they were ready and waiting for us w/ good service.Wait person graciously gave us 5 separate food receipts!

First off, i made the reservation online and when I told the greeter that, he asked me if I was DiAne...he was ready for our group of 4! The food was excellent...my friend took photos of her plate because it was so pretty. I like to order food that i don't make at home, so the duck confit with citrus over polenta was excellent! The men had yummy hamburgers. The staff was just great, although our waitress was really busy with lots of tables. Convenient location for downtown Denver.

This place is impossible to get into at lunch time, but dinner has a much quieter setting. This surprises me as the food is excellent, the service wonderful and the place really has that great Denver charm. If you are entertaining out of state guests, this is a great choice. We walked our guests along 16th st mall and the Brown Palace on our way to the restaurant. We were able to get in without reservations, which is a difficult task on a Saturday night in Denver. Wonderful experience - thank you!

I don't get "downtown" much, but I appreciate that the Trinity Grille offers consistency in several areas: service, quality of food, food choice, wine choice, and ambiance. I was surprised that they didn't have a larger crowd on a Friday evening, but our group was certainly satisfied with the whole experience, and will dine there again!
