   The food was cold, the service was very slow. We sat next to a very loud table on people. The waitress admitted that she forgot about us. I believe the service is better at lunchtime.

   You’d think it’d be gimmicky with a restaurant sandwiched between 2 TB retail stores, but the food was excellent! They have a small(ish) menu so everything is fresh and well crafted. Cocktail’s were perfect, we had the mai tai and mojito. The food was so good we didn’t save room for dessert, but took the pina colada cake to go and had it as a late night snack 10/10. The only downside is that between all the fans running and the live music it was pretty loud, but the food and service by far made up for it.

    VERY, VERY SALTY food! We have been dining at TB Naples for years and never had a bad meal ... until today. While the cream of crab soup was still good ( perhaps less crab than usual?) the rest of our meal was way over-salted. Filet mignon ($49) grossly over salted. Mashed potatoes that came with the filet were a salty mess. Husband left them. My crab cakes were overly salted as well as the usually sweet/tangy cole slaw which was also a major disappointment as it too was way over salted. The hostess stopped at our table and we told her that everything was overly salted. She gave us that look ... Um! Did the chef on duty this day have an overtly heavy hand with salt ... or is TB's trying to make customers thirsty? We had a $100++ meal (before tip)l that was truly not edible.

    Fabulous meal & great cocktails! Service was really good even though it was a very busy night. Everything was wonderful...except the entertainment! Poor guy should have stuck to the steel drums (the singing was awful). It gave us a good laugh, but management definitely needs to do better for a Friday night dinner service.

    I have probably been to Tommy Bahama over 200 time over the years that I have lived in Naples. It has been on a steady decline for the last few years. My last visit will be my last. Not 1 of our 6 dishes was good. I don’t think my snapper was even snapper but it was so over cooked. The steak salad was soggy lettuce nothing else and chewy steak pieces. The scallop sliders have been in the menu in various forms for years but we could hardly see the scallop on the slider it was so tiny. Never again Tommy Bahama. I will leave it for the tourist sand if you are a tourist I don’t recommend

    Upbeat vibe once the music started. Servers seemed stressed and unhappy. Food was excellent, and our personal server was attentive. That chocolate dessert is just TOO big!

    Love this place. Love the food. Ate twice here on vacation. Never disappointed. The menu is delicious. I just love the atmosphere in and out. Must visit their stores too. Bought a beautiful dress.

    Tommy Bahamas was an excellent choice for Mother’s Day! It is a a fun restaurant with delicious food and wonderful service. We would definitely go there again! On Mother’s Day they had a brunch buffet but also their regular menu so there was enough variety to choose from. Definitely a good choice.

    Tommy Bahama's has always been one of our "Go To" restaurants for important occasions so we dined there on Mothers' Day. As usual, the food and service were excellent ... as expected. Special mention to our young server, Siersha, who had a welcoming attitude, great smile, and was attentive (without being overly so). My wife and I dine at Naples restaurants 2x per week; we wish more servers in our favorite restaurants had her refreshing attitude.

    The food is fabulous. Our favorites are the ribs and the macadamia crusted red snapper. I would recommend eating at an outdoor table when going to the Naples restaurant because the noise level inside is extremely loud. This restaurant would be 5 stars if they could do something about the noise level.

    It was fabulous! Our wait person was enthusiastic and upbeat with many suggestions for Fri ks and appetizers. She returned regularly to be sure all was well. She recommended a few luncheon items and we went with her suggestion! She was right on! Each employee we encountered was exceptional in every way. The restaurant abounds with over the tip service and friendliness! Highly recommend!

    Excellent overall. We ordered from the “happy hour” menu. This requires either table top or bar seating. The ambiance, drinks, and food were all very good. It’s always a pleasant experience eating in Naples.

    Great lunch. Perfect spot for dining and shipping. Had the fish and chips and a burger. Both are our go to's. Love the bread and butter. The mango iced tea is great.

    Entertainment made for an festive atmosphere. Have been here before and enjoyed everything. Craft cocktails were very well done. The coconut shrimp did not have much flavor. Our main dishes were average at best. The key lime pie was good. I hope this was just an off night.

    Food was good and presented well. Restaurant appearance was not as good. Floor was dirty with food & debris, which was first impression as we entered. Server was attentive. Music vey pleasant. However; a very aggressive and vocal bird was annoying. Must be used to getting frequent handouts.

    We had a great lunch for our 50th anniversary at Tommy Bahama. The food was very good and the service (Tommy our waiter) was outstanding. When Tommy found out we were celebrating our 50th anniversary he bought us a complementary chocolate dessert which was great. He also made some great recommendations for appetizers, entrees and drinks. Always enjoy going to Tommy Bahama in Naples FL.
