Perched directly above Lake Bonavista with large glass windows overlooking the lake, The Lake House is home to one of Calgary’s finest and most creative restaurants as well as a unique setting for weddings and events.

The Lake House features Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts‘ (CRMR’s) renowned and distinctive Rocky Mountain Cuisine. This is interpreted and presented by Chef Gareth Colville. Chef Colville and his team excel at showcasing the regional flavor of Western Canada. Our locally inspired menus are complimented by a diverse wine list offering global selections authored by acclaimed sommelier Brad Royale.

                                        Everyone really enjoyed their choices from the new menu. Those in our group with food allergies were able to eat without feeling left out of the experience, which isn't a common event in restaurants. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy evening and understandable. It was our 6th visit to The Lake House and it never disappoints

                                        Amazing food and ambience. However I have to say the experience would’ve not been the same without Darcy our server. Super knowledgeable amazing recommendations and his outstanding costumer service made this dinner date with my mom something very special. Loved it 🙏

                                        The food was the best part of our experience. We had the grilled Angus and some cocktails and loved them all. The only draw back for us was the noise level when we entered. The chattering was very loud which was not what we were expecting but we were sat on the side which did not have the fireplace and it was quieter there.
