   Food was excellent. Decor pleasant. Waiter was attentive. I am sad that there were not more folks enjoying the Crown Room. Open two nights a week certainly limits attendance and exposure. I hope it improves...its certainly a worthwhile dinner experience.

   The experience was disappointing. A three-hour dinner with lots of waiting. We went at Thanksgiving where they served a limited menu, which may have contributed to the problem, but should have made things easier. The food started out luke warm. We had to ask for everything and then wait. After the initial serving, we asked for gravy for the mashed potatoes and turkey--which arrived 20 minutes later. It should have arrived with dinner. No dinner rolls and then no butter--each another request. The desserts were impressive and tasty, but also took 20 minutes to arrive. Perhaps this was a one-off caused by the unique menu. Luckily, we had good company to pass the time.

   Open tables book and sent 2 confirmation but when we arrived the Crown Room was closed. We ask and were told they have no regular schedule. It was a Friday night at 7:00pM Either the restaurant or open tables need to address this.

   Wait staff needs training to improve the fine dining experience. We had to ask for most things. Was not offered wine list, coffee with desert and waiter made us feel rushed and entrée was offered before we were done with our salads. I really enjoyed the food quality and the ambience. Please train your staff!

   Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Wade was behind schedule all night making people who had reservations wait we waited one hour pass reservation time and told we would have to wait because they were not ready not a good valentine’s gift thanks

   Our reservation was for 6:15 didn’t get seated until 6:45. Sat down for 20 min and no one has acknowledged us! Had to wave the busboy to call a waiter to take our drink order and we already knew what we wanted to order for our dinner but they still took at least 15 min go come by our table. Busboy finally came by again and asked us for our drinks and the. He said the waiter would be by to take our dinner order. So we waited and waited finally Our drink were brought out but still waited. Finally close to 8 pm they took our order. The waiter said how sorry he was but they were really busy and it was they first day open since Covid pandemic so it was a lot. No manager came by the whole night to ask how everything was which I thought was strange since the place is small and only 15 tables. Good was very good and great taste but service was horrible.

   The placed was closed when we arrived for our reservation, Open table needs to get their act together with this restaurant so not to accept reservations when a place is closed down, what a waste of my time and gas.

   Was not open after driving 45 minutes to get there and was escorted out of the building by security. Claimed restraint has not been open for months.

    The restaurant was closed, even though we had a reservation. From what the casino front staff told us, they close if there aren't enough patrons to keep the kitchen open. However, they never told anyone, including us. So there was no dinner. I wonder how this place is managed.
