Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     As usual top notch. What a special night. We love going to the Capital Grille. The experience is always excellent from the greeting by the valets, hosts, wait staff and food. Look forward to our next visit

    Steaks were cooked very well. Only complaint was the Baked potato we ordered wasn't hot. Our server Zach was great.

    What a marvelous experience! First time visit to The Capitol Grille and we were not disappointed. Steaks were outstanding and prepared perfectly. Carlos was gracious and helpful. Thank you!

    A little disappointed. When reservation was made a month ago I requested one of the smaller rooms. We were ten minutes late but I called to say we’re running late. We expected our table would be waiting for us as I told them in advance it was our 62 wedding anniversary. Instead we had to wait until a table opened up in the small room. Food was very good but waiting for a table put a damper on the evening. It seemed that the hostess just read our request when we arrived. No preparation in advance.
