   Had a reservation for 6:45, arrived at 06:35 and we’re not seated until 7:05. People that were checking in were getting seated before us. Asked multiple times about the seating arrangement and promised a couple minutes but was seated 20 minutes after reservation. Other than that, the food and server were great.

   We were seated in the back side room which was fine however, it was freezing. We didn’t get to experience all the meats for some reason. We had to keep flagging random workers down to get drinks refilled. I was really looking forward to today and it was a real let down. Hopefully next time we go it’ll be better

   Valentina was great! We love the food bar and the meats were delicious. There was a constant flow of meat and a good variety to choose from.

   The salad bar and all of the food as well as the ambience were excellent and we really enjoyed our meal. Our service of the various meats had a lot of variety and was amazing! However, our server didn't pay enough attention to us, especially when we were waiting for our bill to finally get our meal paid for. We waited quite a long time (20-30 min?) and I had to talk to the manager about our experience. I've seen more attentive service from our server in our past visits and hope that our experience next time will be better.

   We come to Dinner here often. Normally everything is amazing! This time we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our waiter was seen twice. The second time was towards the end of our time because we had to wave him down to get his attention. We had no water or drink refills most of the time. The WORST part is I have a 9 year old special needs daughter who we brought in a wheelchair. She had a few fries. We told them, she doesn’t eat a ton (certainly no meat or anything from the salad bar) or drink shes on a feeding tube she doesn’t eat more than 4-5 fries. They still charged us nearly $30 for her. I don’t think Id be back unfortunately.

   Good experience, great to have the salad bar options to have something other than just meat. Some of the meats seems dry like sausages and chicken but the beef was all very good. Plan ahead and come hungry because it is pricey and to get your moneys worth, you need to eat quite a bit.

    Service was OUTSTANDING, there was very nice decor, it was a clean restaurant! The meat should be the rockstar at Brazilian restaurants, unfortunately tonight it failed. I had several pieces of filet and each piece was unedible; filet should never feel as if has tendons in it. The salad bar was adequate. If you're thinking Fogo de Chao, then just bite the bullet and go to Fogo...
