- JJenniferSeattle / Eastern Washington •5 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoCelebrated my dad’s 71st birthday here and he was very impressed with the atmosphere, service and food. They were very helpful with all our questions and was able to accommodate our request for a bright area, as my parents like a well lit area to eat. Portions were well worth the price. Food was cooked to perfection. Including scallops and filet. Highly recommend!More infoRussell's RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Northwest• Bothell•4.8
