   My group went for their brunch. It was okay but I prefer the old Smugglers before with more selections. They did not have many Gf desserts except for the fruits and mousse. Also, I didn't like the fact that we had to pay extra for GF bread and drinks. I don't think we will go back.

   Overall the experience was ok. Nothing to write home about. I would say the service was a little bit slow - not horrible, but slow. Waiter didn't serve us some of the items that was included in the menu until we asked for them. Food was good but not something that would want me to make me want to come back or recommend to friends and family. The busser was however rather quick with water and refills and cleaning up plates. Overall I would have the experience a 3 1/2 out of 5 but no 1/2 options.

   After seeing many posts about the brunch, we decided to try it out for our anniversary. We were seated in the bowels of the buildings - not the newly renovated, bright, comfortable area. The food was not worth the price. The french toast was burnt and dry. I sent to back for the pancakes that were also dry and cold. The Benny was mid. Had to look for the salmon. The dessert buffet was laughable. A few desserts repeated down the line. The “fresh fruit” was mixed with fruit cocktail. And the bananas were brown. With tip, our meal for two was $90 and we were both hungry when we left. Save your money… there are lots of better spots in town.

   The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. The place is cheery and updated and seating was comfortable. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and unfortunately there was no much on the plate and 15 fries mostly the ends of the fries . There was only one piece of back bacon on the english muffin so did not cover it and very little hollandaise sauce to even cover the egg and english muffin. I really had high hopes at this price the food was sparse and basic. Please work on presentation and just a little more for a price tag of about $150 for 4 people. I wanted to recommend this brunch but just can't. But again, staff amazing and pleasant.

   I went for the brunch. I thought it was a buffet but not really. Its all you can eat pastries and dessert. For the mains you get to pick from menu. I picked the French Toast with bacon. Not the best value. I thought it would be at least 2 pieces of toast but no, only 1 folded in half and 4 pieces of bacon. It was good, but I wouldn't get it again. The dessert bar was really good. Good selection and all were delicious.

   I booked Mother’s Day brunch a month in advance for my family to take my wife and mother-in-law out. we were promptly greeted and seated, our juice and coffee order taken, then we were shuffled to a much smaller poorly located table, as there was apparently an error seating us at our initial table. This felt like a severe downgrade. It took approximately 20 minutes for our juice and coffee to be served. The food and selection was pretty good, but at over $50 per person the service was very poor. I’m disappointed, would not recommend the brunch at Smugglers, and will not be back.

   The food is consistently delicious, the service is outstanding, and the decor (we prefer the lounge) is beautiful and fresh and bright. If you want a moodier vibe, the dining room is a very cool old tavern style with big dark chairs.
