   Disappointing experience at the lunch buffet on Sunday, many of the food offerings were not refilled the entire time we were there, they had one person trying to run both the omelette station and prime rib station during much of the time we were there leading to a long slow moving cue. Our server was not attentive, asked us what drinks we wanted, we ordered off of the menu but never received them and didn’t see him again until we paid the bill, there were no glasses at the fruit juice station and had to ask two separate servers before I got a glass. Food selection was ok if you want standard breakfast items, they did have a good charcuterie station and desert station but no other trimmings to go with the prime rib, just breakfast fair. Overall very disappointing it felt like they are trying to run too many customers through without adequate staff or capacity to refill the stations. Would not recommend.

   First time at Smugglers Inn, in like 15 years. Did not disappoint. Highly reccommend makimg a reservwtion for brunch. It was so busy! The food was amazing. I don’t listen to reviews on anything (movies, books, food) i like to try myself and happy i did. So much good choice, the hollandaise was so good. Eggs soft poached and kept coming out in large trays fresh. The gentleman at the prime rib carving station was so happy and funny and upbeat. (Spiky blonde hair, thick black glasses). Great customer service. He really made that station!! Loved the seed crackers, the salad bar choices and cheeses. Prime rib was thick juicy and medium rare. Fanatic for the price. And the chocolate fountain, tasted like real chocolate with a nutty flavor, not melted oil and wax. Great experience!

   The food is really nice, but there were too many people, some of the. food you need to wait for few minutes.

   We haven't been here in quite some time but chose this venue as we wanted to be able to have a conversation without yelling, and we were not disappointed. Service and food was also amazing, we will certainly return.

   I remember the food use to be so good and fresh, and they had an open salad and bread bar. I went there yesterday Feb 07 and spent over $250 for two people and was not amaze. We ordered the seafood platter and had to return the mussels as it was dried and deteriorated. We also orders the meat platter, the shrimp was salty and the meat was ok. Overall was not impressed if we are going to spend that much for date night.

   Our service was excellent. The grilled salmon was cooked to perfection & very tasty. My husband had the green Thai curry with chicken, he stated that he would definitely have that dish again.

   This was my family’s first time back to Smugglers since its reopening. We enjoyed the Sunday night dinner special. The prime rib was amazing - as were the soup or salad. However, the Yorkshire pudding was dry and it took a very long time to receive our dessert. We enjoyed the original decore and ambiance!

   We used to go to Smugglers Brunch at least once a month before new owners and the fire. We were thrilled when we heard the buffet was back. Unfortunately it was definitely not the same and the quality and quantity of items was disappointing. It is only breakfast items and miss the lunch items they used to have. Miss the waffles with fresh berry sauce and fresh whip cream. They only had soggy pancakes.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, and our server was awesome. The setting was very cosy and comfortable. We will definitely be back and have been coming here for over 40 years together.
