It took us almost 2 hours to get food. The waiter was very apologetic and always checked in on us. Once we got our food we were extremely dissatisfied. Our meats did not seem fresh nor authentic. Would very much prefer Lucilles bbq now. We didn’t even eat most of our food it was very disappointing. Nonetheless this place is not cheap. Will not be returning.
Food was cold. Didn’t want to bother trying to get a new plate. Waiter Farley came to see if we needed anything. But the couple next us always had drinks full. My kids food came a lot later then the rest. Waiter didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. Probably won’t be returning.
Food was mediocre at best. For the price you pay, the portion and quality was lacking. The ribeye tasted more like a steak you'd find at Norms or Sizzler but with higher pricing. The tables we not quite set to socially distance from one another, and service was slow, even though our server tried to make the best of it. Overall, I'd give it a 1.5-2/5.
Everything was great , my twin daughters birthday was awesome, thank you guys 👍👍
we weren’t seated in a timely manner despite having a reservation. Honestly the food was bland and the price for portion sucked.
The Managers Leanne and Anthony were absolutely Amazing, Friendly, Smiling very Attentive. Our Server Daveri is actually thee best Server we have ever had super friendly, attentive we were very well taken care of and our Brunch was Awesome!!
Love the bottomless mimosas option every day and the giant cotton candy tower
We made reservations and when we showed up we were called 5 minutes later. We sat down and our waiter Brian was amazing from the get go. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!
Food was not even warm and everything tasted terrible except for cornbread jalapeno muffins and a friend’s pork chop. Server was nice but overall it was terrible. Not sure why it was packed with a line outside waiting.
Service was great. Waitresses were attentive and friendly. The old west saloon ambiance gives you an expectation of big portion food you need to take home, but it wasn't. That's not a hit against it, just had the expectations of “Claim Jumpers”. The food itself tastes great, no complaints. Prices are comparable to similar-themed restaurants.
Pro tip: Go for a birthday 🎉 and have a drink 🍻
I had a open table reservation for inside dining but was 15 min late and got a table outside…It was much nicer outside with a ranch type feel and heat lamps
Gavin is the best server!
Delicious, very large portions, fast and courteous service. The drinks were enormous and delicious too! Definitely my go-to spot :)
Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed the experience. We had a 1:45 pm reservation and were seated promptly. Our food didn’t arrive until 2:30 and despite asking for our appetizer to be served first, it was brought out at the same time as our entree. Our waitress was apologetic and very busy. The BBQ chicken quesadillas were tasty and the portion was large. The half-rack baby back ribs were pretty good, along with the French fries and mixed vegetables.
1st and last time here. Was warned by a friend that service was terrible and yup it was. Food was mediocre, waitress was pleasant but the overall service was terrible and painfully slow. Very disappointed. Filet mignon seemed more like a sirloin that I could have easily paid $12 at Chili's. The sides and presentation were just blah. Received the biscuits and muffins as we were finishing up our meals. Our bill was $449 for 12, not an issue there. We were there for close to 3 hrs, that's how slow it was. Truly terrible service, twiddling thumbs
Our server was great and the food came out about 15min after ordering.
We made a reservation for 10 but were not told we would be at separate tables, which was a little frustrating when we arrived. Other than that our server was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the drinks were awesome.
Our waiter was Hector and he was really nice he took good care of us the food never disappoints.
Servers were great! Gave us an appetizer on the house. Food was also delicious. Would come back again.
Lettuce wraps and Brussels sprouts were only thing we did not like.
Made reservations for 815 Arrived and told table not ready as section was running behind? Finally seated around 840pm. Saturday night and place was busy (expected-that’s why reservations were made) Took awhile for waitress to acknowledge us but said she would be right with us. She finally returned to take our drinks and appetizers order. Took awhile for them to be delivered. Drinks were empty before appetizers showed up and waitress had not returned at all to check on us. When she finally returned to take our dinner order she acknowledged that we all needed refills. We finally placed our dinner selections around 9:15. At 10pm we still had not received anything. Waitress finally came by and apologized for delay. Asked if I could at least get the house salad I ordered -15 minutes later. Sigh! Waitress reappeared to state that kitchen was really backed up and apparently our order was lost in system (although others parties were receiving their food with apparently no problems) waitress came back to state that they have moved our order to the top and it would be right out. Took about another 15 min. So approx 10:40 pm we received our dinner. At that point waitress came by again and informed us that they would be “comping” the drinks and appetizers so if I wanted another alcoholic drink now would be the time to order it! Dinner was amazing!!! Initial bill delivered with no drinks or appetizers showing on it-ok-that’s what was supposedly promised. Then when waitress came to take payment-presented with a new bill with statement of “we are not allowed to comp the $30 shrimp cocktail that had been ordered “ and the bill was recalculated accordingly 😔. Ended up finishing dinner at their “last call “.
Our server Alyssa was soooooo amazing. She brought my party complimentary drinks/desserts for my graduation on top of already spectacular service. 20/10 she is amazing and I hope she gets promoted!
I have been here before and had no problems. Tonight, we didn’t have anyone even greet us for 15 mins. Then, it took at least 10 mins just to get our drinks. After waiting forever to get my soup appetizer, it had a long hair in it. I took it out and gave it to the server. The manager came, and apologized and said the soup was free. After our food arrived, I then got my replacement soup appetizer. Very disappointing experience.
My food was served wrong and wasn’t provide the opportunity for mimosas given that I came in at 2:30pm.
Had the dry rub baby backs with steamed veggies and sweet potato fries. The meat was so tender it fell off the bones. Portion size was just the right amount to split between 2 light eaters. The service was exceptional. Our server Victoria was prompt, attentive and accommodated minor requests. Would definitely go back.
Had justice as a sever and everything went well
The waitress provided great service
Needs improvement on cleaning the restaurant floors and restrooms.
Food and ambience very good - service was slower than typical
Had a great Mother’s Day brunch! Our server was amazing!
just do it. Worth every penny. Go with big appetite portions are huge.
Had my birthday at Saddje Ranch. We had a large party and everyone had a great time. My favorite The Strawberry Gold Rush. We had free shots and cotton candy towers. Amazing. And special.
Service is horrible. Had to ask for our own utensils. Servers lack attention to detail. Overcharged us with food. Food stated on menu doesn’t match what was served and bartender and other servers were not wearing their masks per guidelines for COVID-19. They do not follow their own plan guidelines!
I booked a reservation for 915 which turned out to be the time they close but they still sat my wife and I and my daughter they were still more than happy take our order rushing through the kitchen and we literally had our food and appetizer in under seven minutes. It was an awesome experience and we were so glad that they happily seated us.
My sister in law just marry
Waitress forgot about our table for nearly 26 minutes before coming to take our order.
We always make a reservation, it gets in you so much quicker without having to wait. The food was great as it always is. The service was perfect. The manager Tony the manager came over just to make sure we were satisfied. That was extra special to us. This is now our favorite spot to go eat.
The food was flavorful. Those cornbread were delicious and the vegetables were seasoned well. The music was the best. Overall good experience
My sister & I Had originally intended to do eat a nice brunch but we apparently went to eat at worst time of day. It was so busy. The food was alright & drinks were alright.
Me- steak & eggs w/ 2 watermelon cocktails
Sister- omelette & mojito, Long Island
