We were there to celebrate and Bryan did an amazing job taking care of our large party
Happy hour deals are fantastic
Went for the unlimited mimosas. The food was good and the service was great.
First time we’ve been and we’re disappointed with the food. Generally the food is excellent, however on this occasion it was average at best. Won’t stop us going again, always happy to give them another shot since the food previously has been delicious 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Our experience was rear. The food was good and here were many options. If you’re on a budget there are affordable options as well. The noise level is high though and there’s a lot going on so it’s not the place for a quiet dinner.
We received very poor service. We were seated and handed a holiday menu which was not online or told to me when I called the restaurant. We ordered drinks and they were brought out except for 1 which was brought to my daughter 20 minutes after we ordered them. We placed our dinner order were informed by Jennife, that it would be a wait because they were busy and 20 minutes later Jennifer our waitress announced to us that they ran out of ribs. She then handed us the menu and said to pick something else. We asked to speak to a manager. Chris came to the table and said they have been very busy all day and ran out of ribs. 15 mins later we asked when the non rib entrees will be served. She said she didn't put any orders up for us. We asked for the manager again. Chris came to the table with a $128.00 check for the drinks and (1 ) $75.00 gift card to apologize for the bad service to a group of 15 with 2 active duty servicemen. And they don't have military discount, but Jennifer asked to see their credentials. There was no urgency in getting us taken care of and we should not have been charged for the drinks when they ran out of ribs, or so they said. Maybe they just did not want to serve us.
This was my first time at this restaurant. We went here for Christmas dinner. The food was extremely slow to come out. They also didn’t have a kid’s menu available other than a ham and turkey dinner. This was not mentioned on their website. The stuffing and mashed potatoes were the worst I have ever had. The potatoes tasted terrible and the stuffing was extremely soggy. The meat was ok but dry and salty. The food was expensive and the quality was extremely poor for the price that was charged. I won’t be returning to this establishment.
It was good. Attentive service. Upbeat servers.
Service was incredibly slow.
The first time at the restaurant and found it immediately too loud. The building is cavernous and spacious and noise bounces off the walls causing casual conversations to be elevated to hear. Beef used at the Chop House was above average and tasty. Food portions are plentiful, but so are the prices.
We had an amazing time. The server remembered us from the last time we were there and the manager brought us a complimentary dessert. The server was very friendly and gave great service.
It was Friday night and very boring. Hollywood Saddle Ranch is the place to go. They never did call for the bull riders either. No music. Just boring.
Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our group. Steak was delicious...
Great staff and for a sports bar it was entertaining.
Waiter was excellent (Tony). The food was ok. My wife ordered a filet, medium. It came well done. Management did a great job addressing the problem. My biggest issue was the bar staff. My wife and I arrived early and were waiting for another couple. We sat at the bar, which was not busy, there were three bartenders. We sat for 10 minutes, was never acknowledged by the bar staff at all. One guy was standing directly in front of us. We never ended up ordering a drink.
Bottomless mimosas were a ripoff. All juice, no champagne and they’re pre-mixed to be that way. They also don’t accommodate any requests, they say no and blame it on “corporate”.
We had a later dinner, 8pm. Service was excellent! Food was good, however, muffins were hard. Like if they were what was not served the entire day.. Had a good time fpr Karaoke Night!
I like Saddle Ranch for a fun place to get a good meal for a reasonable price.
We booked this reservation last minute for 9 of us, on Thanksgiving Day! The food was amazing and the service was on point, they were very patient with us and always checked up on us. I’ve never really sat down for dinner at saddle ranch, I would usually just go to the bars, but this was our first time sitting down for dinner and it was our families first time there, they just drove down from NorCal for our wedding and they loved everything. The server also surprised our family with a giant cotton candy in a giant martini glass, they were so sweet, we couldn’t finish it but we appreciated that sweet treat so much. We didn’t think we were going to have a good thanksgiving, but the servers really took care of us and we had a really good time!! We are definitely going to do dinner here again another time!! Thank you Saddle Ranch servers for making Thanksgiving extra special, thank you for your hard work!! Happy thanksgiving!!
We visited the restaurant the day before thanksgiving, six of us. It was our first time. We all ordered the ribs, delicious. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. One of the managers. Chris went out of his way to welcome us and made us feel special. We will all go back soon.
Okay this place first looked more gimmicky and situated in a mall just felt like it was not going to be a good place for food. So wrong!! It was absolutely amazing!! The ribs were literally fall off the bone as I picked it up! The taste was Smokey and tender. The jalapeño Mac and cheese was out of this world yummy. They took a little longer getting the cornbread to us and as a response the Manger brought us two free desserts that hit the spot. The server was impeccable and never had to wait for him. Go eat here and you will not regret it!!!
Took my boyfriend here for his birthday. Best birthday dinner ever!! Karen the manager made us feel like family and made his day so special. The brussel sprouts and the edemame were the best I’ve ever had! The giant cotton candy cocktail was so much fun to share. I highly recommend this restaurant! We’ll definitely be back!
Steak was fantastic. Service was excellent.
We had a party of 18 and our servers did exactly what we asked and brought our almost everything form the appetizer menu and it was so much great food! We appreciate accommodating a big group! The experience was amazing and everyone was happy!
Both dishes were over cooked, however the service was excellent.
Interesting place. I had the prime rib which in my opinion it was a choice cut. However it was cooked perfectly. The seasonal grilled vegetables were really good and so was the baked potato. My wife’s salad was okay but the ranch dressing was good and so was the fried cheese that came in the salad. I was told the Cajun pasta was good.
The service was good. Although we had a main waitress other servers provide support. TIP: ask the servers to remove dinnerware you no longer need.
There are TVs all over the place, huge bars, mechanical bull, country music playing and rustic kinda of furniture. A lot of people go there just to drink.
The host mentioned our anniversary, but the server did not. Thought he would like to suggest anything for the occasion but that’s okay!
Amazing. Best service ever and all 6 of us loved all our food. Highly recommend
The hostess was very rude , refuse to sit me in a table until all my guest arrive , we try to sit at a table next to the bar area to wait for the rest of my party and she went and ask me to move , very bad experience
I've been to Saddle Ranch Chop House before but never at this location. Always been meaning to eat here and when we dined there for our 1 year anniversary, I was really disappointed. We arrived 10 minutes prior to our reservations and one of the hostess refused to seat us until our reservation time. Our server was not very attending or helpful. He was more concerned with a party of eight vs a party of two. There were no silverware on the table and we had to wait while he took another tables order and brought another table their drinks before we got our silverware. By that time our food was COLD. Given it was a Sunday, the restaurant was showing all sports on all the televisions - but the volume was so high we couldn't hear each other talk. We ordered the cornbread and butter as a starter but we never received it. We were told it was complimentary after I cancelled it midway through our meal. When we asked for some boxes to take our food home, our server gave us too many and didn't offer a bag. The very kind hostess asked us if we wanted a bag on the way out. I chose this restaurant for our 1 year anniversary because I considered it to be one of the best. But after our experience, I'm reluctant to recommend this particular restaurant or think about making reservations there again.
Excellent service provided for my family, Great employees, managers, etc,We will definitely be back,Thank you
It was great! The food, was very good, but the service wad over the top. They treat you great and the staff is very friendly.
Honestly the brunch food lacked flavor. The presentation was outstanding, I just wish it tasted as good as it looked. This is in reference to the Huevos Rancheros which is served over a cheese tamale. My friend got the Eggs Benedict and unfortunately she had the same experience, it lacked flavor! However, as an appetizer we order the monster platter; this is filled with fries and onion wings. It also comes with ribs, chicken tenders and 3 cheeseburger sliders. The platter was great and filled with great taste. I’ve also been here for dinner and I’ve never been disappointed. They just need to up their brunch game up. The bottomless mimosas is a great deal though.
There was too much juice in the mimosas. The service was great at first then we waited and waited. Some of our group waited over 30 minutes for a drink. They did make my friend feel special because it was her birthday and that’s what mattered.
The waiter was great but the food took forever and there were mistakes in the orders
My Friend and I were both celebrating our Birthdays. We were seated right away and the service was over the top. The Manager came over and chatted with us and all the staff was top notch. One young man named Ryan made a special effort to attend to our needs and was extremely helpful. We for sure will recommend this establishment to our friends and be back ourselves.
We celebrated my birthday here last night and we had the best experience. Our waitress Vivian was the greatest. The food was on point.
Was my first time there and for a Friday night it was so boring just looked like a regular restaurant . Services wasn’t so well just the bar tenders . No one rode the bull like other sandals ranch as in the universal city walk or Hollywood . Wasn’t any room to even dance . It wasn’t as lit as I expected.
Arrived at 11am, just opened. We had brunch, the Texas Toast was great, huge portions! The Cilantro Chicken Omelette was a little dry, the egg was very good, but the chicken tasted a little over cooked. Service was excellent, Raul made sure we had everything we needed. Loved the music videos playing!
I think it’s very awesome great music great food the service was great
