The food was good. Fun country western feel Great service. Only complaints was we checked the special occasion box for my wife's birthday. They didn't give her anything but came to our table four times trying to get us to order dessert. Also the tables were very sticky from BBQ sauce.
We had their prime rib and ribeye steak. Prime rib was very chewy, ribeye was good. The spinach dip was very good and their sweet potato fries were excellent especially dipped in their special cinnamon marshmallow sauce!
Our server, Alyssa H. was excellent and was very good to us! She made the meal special!
Special request on cooked food not good , steak overcooked, request bread not toasted on sandwich but was toasted. Servers were great, did take a long time to get food from kitchen.
Daveri, our waitress, was amazing. We had a big party and celebrating a birthday and she was able to handle all of our requests. She was awesome!
Good food, good service. A little on the expensive side but good portions . The desserts are amazing. Service was fantastic!
Cotton candy was cool for my daughter. Ribs, ahh... no good. Overpriced and expensive compared to other BBQ ribs joints.
Very nice but as always service is slow especially when it comes to drink refills. Additionally our meals came out at different times.
My time at SBR was terrific! From the hostess to the service was absolutely amazing. Will go back in the future for more dates!
Honestly, too drunk to remember anything but we were celebrating 4 birthdays so 👏🏾
Service was great! Our table was waiting for us! Waiter was very friendly and efficient
First time here with my boyfriend. We were celebrating valentines with a nice dinner date with something new. Our server was Alyssa and she was very attentive and helpful. The portions are big so bring a big appetite! The best part was desert where we were able to go out to the fire pit outside and roast and make our own s’mores! For the 2 of us having an appetizer and dessert it came out to $58.
We were over charged by $100. I was very upset and they have not resolved my issue.
It was delicious and great service! Love this place!
Good food for the price! Really loved the dessert! Chocolate chip cookie and the ice cream cake.
The restaurant was busy for brunch, and seemed fully staffed but it still took over an hour from sit down until our food arrived. Biscuits and corn bread were not brought to the table until after we received our meal. The service was friendly, but there wasn’t a sense of urgency with any of the wait staff.
Dined here for the first time with a friend. Everything from the hostess greeting us, to the friendly wait staff, and of course, the food was excellent. The service was fast and attentive on this early Saturday evening. We enjoyed the 14 oz Standard cut Prime rib, with creamed corn & sauteed spinach. We also had the Sweet Potato fries appetizer which comes with a delicious Marshmallow sauce for dipping. Both dinner dishes tasted great and we liked the fun and casual atmosphere of the restaurant. Hope to visit again soon!
Our waiter was awesome. The food tasted great, but the chicken and tri tip were a little overcooked and somewhat tough. Baked potato and vegetables had a lot of flavor and were delicious. The cornbread and biscuits were yummy as well!
Great customer service and waitstaff was very attentive!
Nice place. TV’s were too loud. Service was slow, but waitress was nice.
We were there to celebrate and Bryan did an amazing job taking care of our large party
Happy hour deals are fantastic
Went for the unlimited mimosas. The food was good and the service was great.
First time we’ve been and we’re disappointed with the food. Generally the food is excellent, however on this occasion it was average at best. Won’t stop us going again, always happy to give them another shot since the food previously has been delicious 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Our experience was rear. The food was good and here were many options. If you’re on a budget there are affordable options as well. The noise level is high though and there’s a lot going on so it’s not the place for a quiet dinner.
We received very poor service. We were seated and handed a holiday menu which was not online or told to me when I called the restaurant. We ordered drinks and they were brought out except for 1 which was brought to my daughter 20 minutes after we ordered them. We placed our dinner order were informed by Jennife, that it would be a wait because they were busy and 20 minutes later Jennifer our waitress announced to us that they ran out of ribs. She then handed us the menu and said to pick something else. We asked to speak to a manager. Chris came to the table and said they have been very busy all day and ran out of ribs. 15 mins later we asked when the non rib entrees will be served. She said she didn't put any orders up for us. We asked for the manager again. Chris came to the table with a $128.00 check for the drinks and (1 ) $75.00 gift card to apologize for the bad service to a group of 15 with 2 active duty servicemen. And they don't have military discount, but Jennifer asked to see their credentials. There was no urgency in getting us taken care of and we should not have been charged for the drinks when they ran out of ribs, or so they said. Maybe they just did not want to serve us.
This was my first time at this restaurant. We went here for Christmas dinner. The food was extremely slow to come out. They also didn’t have a kid’s menu available other than a ham and turkey dinner. This was not mentioned on their website. The stuffing and mashed potatoes were the worst I have ever had. The potatoes tasted terrible and the stuffing was extremely soggy. The meat was ok but dry and salty. The food was expensive and the quality was extremely poor for the price that was charged. I won’t be returning to this establishment.
It was good. Attentive service. Upbeat servers.
Service was incredibly slow.
The first time at the restaurant and found it immediately too loud. The building is cavernous and spacious and noise bounces off the walls causing casual conversations to be elevated to hear. Beef used at the Chop House was above average and tasty. Food portions are plentiful, but so are the prices.
We had an amazing time. The server remembered us from the last time we were there and the manager brought us a complimentary dessert. The server was very friendly and gave great service.
It was Friday night and very boring. Hollywood Saddle Ranch is the place to go. They never did call for the bull riders either. No music. Just boring.
Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our group. Steak was delicious...
Great staff and for a sports bar it was entertaining.
Waiter was excellent (Tony). The food was ok. My wife ordered a filet, medium. It came well done. Management did a great job addressing the problem. My biggest issue was the bar staff. My wife and I arrived early and were waiting for another couple. We sat at the bar, which was not busy, there were three bartenders. We sat for 10 minutes, was never acknowledged by the bar staff at all. One guy was standing directly in front of us. We never ended up ordering a drink.
Bottomless mimosas were a ripoff. All juice, no champagne and they’re pre-mixed to be that way. They also don’t accommodate any requests, they say no and blame it on “corporate”.
We had a later dinner, 8pm. Service was excellent! Food was good, however, muffins were hard. Like if they were what was not served the entire day.. Had a good time fpr Karaoke Night!
I like Saddle Ranch for a fun place to get a good meal for a reasonable price.
We booked this reservation last minute for 9 of us, on Thanksgiving Day! The food was amazing and the service was on point, they were very patient with us and always checked up on us. I’ve never really sat down for dinner at saddle ranch, I would usually just go to the bars, but this was our first time sitting down for dinner and it was our families first time there, they just drove down from NorCal for our wedding and they loved everything. The server also surprised our family with a giant cotton candy in a giant martini glass, they were so sweet, we couldn’t finish it but we appreciated that sweet treat so much. We didn’t think we were going to have a good thanksgiving, but the servers really took care of us and we had a really good time!! We are definitely going to do dinner here again another time!! Thank you Saddle Ranch servers for making Thanksgiving extra special, thank you for your hard work!! Happy thanksgiving!!
We visited the restaurant the day before thanksgiving, six of us. It was our first time. We all ordered the ribs, delicious. Our waiter was very nice and helpful. One of the managers. Chris went out of his way to welcome us and made us feel special. We will all go back soon.
Okay this place first looked more gimmicky and situated in a mall just felt like it was not going to be a good place for food. So wrong!! It was absolutely amazing!! The ribs were literally fall off the bone as I picked it up! The taste was Smokey and tender. The jalapeño Mac and cheese was out of this world yummy. They took a little longer getting the cornbread to us and as a response the Manger brought us two free desserts that hit the spot. The server was impeccable and never had to wait for him. Go eat here and you will not regret it!!!
