    I had a really great lunch/dinner today at Sacred Pepper. I started with a fine glass of wine that I let my server Adam pick out for me. He never fails me and always surprises me with something special! I had the Sacred Pepper House Salad (mixed greens, hearts of palm, tomatoes, Candy’s pecans, coconut white balsamic dressing, gorgonzola) and Adam accommodated me by changing to the dressing of my choice. For my diner entree I had the Deluxe Mixed Grill (oak-grilled 8oz. Certified Hereford Angus sirloin steak topped with 4 seared shrimp and cabernet demi-glace, grilled asparagus. Adam also let me change the asparagus to mashed potatoes and what a great combination that made. If you like steak & shrimp this is an excellent dinner that is sure to please! The charming ambiance, the fine wine/drink selections, the Delicious food choices and the excellent service staff all make Sacred Pepper the BEST in the area!

    The appetizers calamari and meatballs were overly breaded. There was also a fly that refused to leave our section, so much so that we had to place our napkins over our food. We love Sacred Pepper - suprised.

    My anticipated order of Sea Bass was very disappointing. I ate very little. My husband found his dish too rich and did not feel well after consuming. I enjoyed the baked goat cheese, Unfortunately, so sorry to say, I was also disappointed in the cherry-coconut drink as it had no taste of coconut. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive, but his persistent questioning if we wanted various courses packed to take home left me feeling he was anxious for us to leave. Perhaps, he was just being over zealous, as my husband was not bothered. The complimentary birthday dessert was very good. However, the Creme Brûle'e was average. We have eaten at Sacred Pepper several times before, first time we were not satisfied,

    We’ve been patrons of Sacred Pepper for years, usually visit about once a month. But now, they have gone through a menu change that isn’t that great. Gone are the Sacred Heart Salad as well as some of our favorite entries. They have been replaced with all sorts of cream sauce based pasta. None of the entrees have their trademark tomatoes sauce anymore. Known to be an Italian based restaurant, it obviously is changing their image & I’m not sure why. Always our go-to place, but we’re really not sure we’ll be going back at all. We can gets steaks anywhere & don’t like the creams sauces for their pasta at all. Sometimes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. They should have left well enough alone. Very disappointing.

    We had dinner in the Wine room and everything was perfect, except they have trouble controlling the A/C in this room. It was like a refrigerator.

    We were celebrating my birthday, and our server, Sydney, did an excellent job of serving us. The food was correctly prepared and delicious.

    Dinner with my girlfriends was amazing. We had the Toasted Brie and Buffalo Cauliflower for apps. The 5 of us all enjoyed our meals. The sea bass was delicious and I would order it again. The wine special was great too; $35 for a bottle of pinot noir. We will be back! Highly recommend and the ambiance is great.
